Spoke to several agents giving contradicting information about account status, completely ignored multiple questions trying to get the exact cause and how to remediate (UKGC stipulates this must be provided).
Told it would be referred on to an unnamed team that have no email, phone number that I can communicate with.
Unable to tell me what will happen, when I will hear any updates.
Illegally withholding money. Company needs a thorough investigation from regulators!
