This review is for their Expert Advisor, MegaEA: The Meta Trader 4 adviser sold by these same guys, MEGA FX.

First word: Liars. I paid $99 for their EA bot for trading on Meta Trader 4 - little did I know they were going to try to connect me to their VPS, and basically not let me get an actual MetaTrader EA. It took me like 4 to 5 days to get the EA. I had to beg. They delayed and delayed. Everyone will call you 'sir'. Someone will come on the telegram group and say 'Sir this is Ellie. I see the issue you're having. Please wait 24 to 48 hours for the expert in our EAs to send it to you'.
They act like they have sooo many customers and need 1 to 2 days to get you simple downloadable software.
These are some of the WORST people I ever dealt with in the Forex/EA market. Maybe others had a good opinion of them, but I'll be one to put a BAD review and basically say - I think they are a SCAM company. I have no idea how they have 'good review'.
Do not trust these folks. They all claim that...let me wait for the expert in EAs to start his shift in 24 to 48 hours. I literally had to BEG them to send me the EA for MetaTrader4 that I had paid for.
Dont do business with these people. They have such aggressive advertising...but you need to ask yourself. If their signals are REALLY making money, and their EXPERT adviser is that good, why are they so aggressive in their marketing?
So in summary, NEVER buy their EXPERT ADVISER. After I bought it for $100, I had to join a telegram group and basically start asking 'where do I get the software I paid for'?
They make their whole process very human-based...that is, you'll always asking someone, they try to control the investing...Even when I was connected to their signal, It made VERY VERY VERY VERY LIttle profit.

As you can see here as well, almost 60% of the reviews of us are somewhat about how good our EA works. Thus, your claim that our advertisement is exaggerated and false is nothing but wrong. People's reviews and their experience say it all.
We tried to contact you several times regarding the setup, but you did not cooperate with us at all. MegaEA is in constant profit and the reason we have a good reputation is because our clients are so cooperative and understanding of our situation. It is so obvious that it would take a day or two to set up by our trade team, and the time you wanted the service was the week holiday. So we couldn't provide you with the setup service.
But then, after you started to threaten and falsely accuse us, You do know that we have thousands of active traders as our clients and that hundreds are buying our MegaEA every day. Do you really believe we could have stayed in this challenging market if we had done any wrongs with our loyal customers?
Anyways, Go ahead. As you said, you want to contact your bank. We have tried our best to communicate, but your aggressiveness held us back.

Great customer service
Their customer support is great, really kind and responsive admins. So I subscribed to their EA last 27 January with initial deposit of $1002.47. At the first week with them, it was making small profits everyday, and the second week their was some few losses and followed by another bigger lose than the profits gained the previous week so currently, overall, I haven’t had profits yet and still recovering from the loss. First month experienced a drawdown already lol. But yeah so this is how the market works, we never know not unless you have a really solid knowledge of how the whole market works unlike me who is just starting out in forex trading and still learning the basics. Sometimes, it puts me on the verge of moving to other EA forex company seeing the results of their subscriber (close friend of mine) doing well than mine but I will still closely monitor my account and study financial markets to see how my account is doing. Overall, I appreciate their customer support service, really nice people and this is not my last review with them, will continue to put reviews in the coming months how it goes.

Good signals but half the time no stop loss
Good signals on the VIP telegram subscription, but quite a few trades are sent with no stop loss on the signal when it is first sent. they then send it 10 seconds or a minute later, but if you have a strategy where you trade 1% of your account balance per trade , it is impossible to calculate what 1% is without a known stop loss. you can only calculate 1% after they send stop loss, so you sit there unable to open the trade until that arrives. This should be sent at the time of the signal being first sent. ( I dont know why they don't just wait just 10 or 20 seconds and send it all in the same message as it would be a lot more efficient and streamlined. ) If you have a signal copier ( Mega FX Copier , or your own copier ), then the trade signal will be rejected if you have it set to trade 1% of account balance. Editing the message and re-sending it after 10 secs or 1 minute, is too late for a copier as it has already rejected, and sending it as a "reply" to the 1st message doesn't contain the original trade signal in a readable format. ( Please Mega FX learn how Telegram signals work ). Trading fixed lot size is an alternative, which Mega FX Copier has a setting to trade "if Stop loss unknown", but with stop loss size varying from trade to trade ( 15 pips , 40 pips etc etc ) the risk is never the same. It just means a lot of trades missed on copier "1% strategy", or a wait for stop loss to be sent and then manual calculated 1% trade entry ( because your copier rejected ), or a fixed lot size which like i said is never the same size risk .
Please just send the trades with all info from the offset.
I have asked them to look at this on their various Telegram chats channels, but on one side I had the customer services people telling me its a copier issue , and the copier help channel telling me its nothing to do with him as he doesnt create the trade signals.
1 very easy fix = send all the information from the offset. Copier wont miss any trades.
Trading a percentage of the account balance is better than a "fixed lot size" when the trades are of varying stop loss ( which Mega Fx signals are )
UPDATE TO THE ABOVE REVIEW
MEGA FX still sending signals with no stop loss, therefore not able to trade @ 1% of account balance trades. therefore the copier they also like to sell you to assist trading their signals will reject some of their trades with this 1% setting. Quite a few people work for this company, but none of them are telling their traders to send trades in an organised format. Most other signal providers send the signals with
1) entry price
2) SL
3) TP
Mega signals don't / won't . Their traders wont listen to the customers needs and send orderly trades. Sending the SL "a minute or two later" is not good enough.

Be Careful
I am currently a VIP member using the copier. Mixed feelings at the current time. I can absolutely prove they do not post all their losses in the free or paid channel.
The past performance was one of the reasons I joined the group. They will win some trades but the number of trades hitting SL puts my account just slightly above even. So I am making money most days, (not every day, however). I also use the EA and can say I am happy with the EA results. Paid for 6 months of the EA, and will likely renew if it continues to perform well. Reverse for the copier signals, if things do not turn around, I will not renew (even though I have the copier for lifetime). I have not tried the commodities and indices trades so I cannot comment on how well they perform. I will update this review if I see the transparency they claim to want. But until they show the SL trades along with TP trades, I will hold (with proof) to my statement of misleading stats for their trades.
Feb 14: Another SL with no mention in Telegram.
Feb 18: Finished week with a loss as a USOIL trade hit a big SL.
March 10: Another day of big losses.
March 7-March 11 = $102 Loss
March 14-18 A profitable week. Still down over $100 for the month however.
March 28: 8 trades today. 5 hit SL, 2 hit TP and one ended up zero profit at closing. March so far showing a profit of $71 using .01 lots.
March 30: 5 trades today. One hit TP1, 3 hit SL, and one closed with a loss. Lost $23 today.
March 31: Last update as now the MegaEA is now closing trades with losses. The mighty MegaEA is nothing more than a grid EA that you can get for free. You will incur swap fees galore as these trade can be open 2-3 days or longer. I have ended alll my connections with this group as my account is now about 70% of what it was when I started. Have paid for 6 months of EA and signals end in late April. I will continue to run the signals in demo only. Good luck to anyone using this service.
