Complete Ignorance
Immediately after I completed my online order, the vendor authorized the charge to my credit card. I also received a confirmation email. After that, everything went downhill. it was COMPLETE IGNORANCE from the vendor. I have waited almost 3 weeks without any response. In between, I left phone messages (because every time I called, no one was available). I also emailed to follow up. Nothing worked. I even called the credit card to dispute the charge. However, I was told that I can't dispute the payment until the merchandize is sent (if that ever happens).
When I googled about this vendor's reputation, I was further disappointed to hear how others have been cheated by this vendor. Too bad.
