As always, the best customer service available! I had some technical questions which were answered quickly and accurately helping me make my decision on a recent purchase. This was followed up by regular updates on delivery (it was a back order item), and finally a thank you! Aziza was the person I dealt with and I will be personally asking for her evertime I deal with Megamac again. Outstanding, polite, friendly and expert! Thank you.

Delightfully professional on every count
I couldn't be more pleased and more impressed: the equipment was just what I wanted, the price excellent, and it arrived in double-quick time. But perhaps even more impressive was MegaMac's service when I realised a couple of months later that I needed a proper invoice for our records: a lovely reply and the invoice arrived within a minute of sending the email! Their recordkeeping must be impeccable; their customer service most certainly is. I look forward to dealing with them again.

The Nomad watch strap is beautifully made and fits securely to my Apple Ultra watch. I wanted this strap to give my watch a more formal look.
I placed my order online before 2pm on Wednesday and it was delivered the next day…fantastic service in the run up to Christmas.
Overall very pleased with my purchase and will order from MegaMac again.

Just amazing! I was looking for a UK supplier of Nomad products as I've been stung on import duty etc. Couldn't be happier with MegaMac, some really great brands. Ordered a few things in 2023 and I'm sure it'll continue into 2024.

I have not received the item yet
I have not received the item yet. I cannot blame the company I purchased said item from because it is still in transit. So the blame for this long wait( Item was posted 22 Nov it is now 28 Nov) lies with the transfer company who are the Royal Mail. My concern is because it is computer ssd card, there could be some fault or damage to the item.

Excellent UK Supplier of NOMAD Products
I ordered my NOMAD Atlantic Blue Band for my Apple Watch Ultra from MegaMac, and with them being a UK based supplier.
I'm quite particular about choice of Watch Bands. I had the White Ocean Band originally, not my preferred choice of band but was what I could order at the time with the Watch for fastest delivery. I should have gone for the Midnight Ocean band, even though the style of those bands was not what I was wanting, and strap being short without extension. I'd have preferred a Sports Band from Apple but even at that time, couldn't find one I'd be entirely happy with. Also bought cheap bands from AliExpress, just to give them a go.
So I was led to settling on the NOMAD Band which has been perfect and closest to anything I had been looking for.

slow shipping, support can be improved
I ordered a ssd on the 11/10, since then no shipping update , i sent several mail, whatsapp etc... no support
Following the review above i had now updates about my order, which is all that i wanted, i received my SSD on the 31st of october, so 20 days after the initial order, the item was not in stock...
The SSD is working fine, customer service call me again, and apologize again about the slow delivery.
