We planned most of our house with mega…

We planned most of our house with mega parket.
All hardwood floor.
The oak was not natural color as we ordered but a darker color, the finishing of the installations are below average. We tried to contact them many times for repairs. E mails and text messages with pictures did not help.We had to deal with many problems by ourselves which cost us quite a lot.
They charge the money for the installation before they come and are not responsible for the results. There is simply no reply.
