Arranged for service with manager. Took car in, they not only DIDN'T perform the service, they never even bothered to call to tell me. AVOID! AVOID!

I called to get an estimate of cost for an oil change and was told that if I had kept my appointment, I would know what the cost was. I was put on hold and the not so friendly person who answered the phone never came back with the estimate.

Well for one they are straight shooters what they tell you it is it is they don't try to take you for your money,they preform a loot of servic e checks without charging you and give you the option to have the repairs done or not alot of these repair shops charge you a diaagnotic fee ,and won't apply the fee towards the repair,the shop manager brian is a good guy,who has morals and principals you can trust him.
They are straightforward and honest; what they tell you is genuinely how things are. They don’t try to take advantage of you financially. The shop performs a lot of service checks without charging you and gives you the option to decide whether to proceed with the repairs. Many repair shops charge a diagnostic fee and won’t apply that fee towards the repair cost, but that isn’t the case here. The shop manager, Brian, is a good guy with morals and principles, and you can trust him.

I have been to this store several times with good experience. I have told people good things. No more.
I took my car in for an oil change. Last year I had gotten free tire rotation. Not now that's an up charge, but if you get synthetic its free. OK, I dont care its a 2005 Coblat. But ok what the hell its $20 more.
When i picked the car up I noticed that the front tire was low, I would know that because it has a slow leak. It was my mother in laws and she had gotten gray paint on the tire on the same side..
Holy crap they didn't even rotate the tires! Nope, and left oil foot prints all over the carpet and floor matt.
Took back the next day. Same manager, how can I help you?
I'd like a refund. ? You unchanged me a service and didn't do it. Oh. And the floor matt? At this point I dont even trust you put full synthetic oil in it?
Crickets.. well If you give me the keys we'll get that taken care of.
Thats what I'd least expect. But an extra trip, nothing? No sorry, free oil change? Nope..
I go out to my car and there is oil on the inside door the handle and now twice the amount of foot prints all over the floorboard.
So I went back in and asked the manager to come out and look.
He just said sorry.
I told him I won't be back. So I am telling everyone don't go, don't go.. Bad service ....

I have so bad moments in this shop don’t recommend nobody get for this shop there not fix just charge crazy in no do nothing

On June 3,2026 I took my 2015 Honda Accord for a Starter replacement at the Meineke Colonia location.
The work was completed the next day. After paying the bill I was handed the car keys and directed to the car pick up location. Upon starting the car I noticed on the car dashboard that a security code was need before access to the radio and other car functions were possible. I informed Steve who had worked on the car of the code issue. Steve informed me that this often happens after a car battery is disconnected when doing this type of work. He also stated that since I didn't have the car security code there was nothing he could do for me. He suggested that I contact Honda to obtain the needed code and take care of the problem myself. So much for customer service! The reason for the One Star rating is the fact Steve should have informed me before I took possession of the car that a security code would be needed in order for access of the radio and other car functions. Steve should have made an effort to contact Honda on my behalf to obtain the needed information - after all this work cost me over $800 dollars.

These guys are amazing we didn't have another car and they found thr problem and fixed it. They got one bad review that was meant for another place so dont listen to that!

Classic mechanic scams! Just went for PA State & Emissions and that's all. They rack up every scratch and dent including telling me rotors are severely rusted and exhaust is almost rotted out with rust. Trump up a bunch of nonsense but the only actual red flags to not pass State were old wipers (had new ones in car) and cracked front brakes. Took it to a real service, Stewartstown Service Center, and they said brakes are totally fine and it showed normal cracking on the surface for ceramic brakes (not to the edge like Meineke Bs'ed). The rust on the rotors was normal and buffed right off, the exhaust had barely any rust and connections were solid and had NO issues. Meineke wouldn't even honor 15 or 30 day fix to get the State sticker which they claimed they would and later said you had to get it done at Meineke same day! This was directly out of Brian Gray's mouth. Don't trust him or the owner as they'll rack up all sorts of false charges and I have pics and receipts to prove it!

I will never go here again nor will I recommend this company or maybe I should say this particular building. Let me start off by saying when we first got there very unprofessional a lot of cussing talking about partying went and had some brakes put on my daughter‘s vehicle when they finally took my daughter‘s vehicle back to the back to get it worked on there was a lot of hammering and a beating and a banging and a lot of cussing, then they came out and said oh we’re sorry the brakes that we ordered is not the same ones or the rotors or whatever it was cause she needed brakes and rotors anyway so they had to get them brought back the right ones, so we sat there for quite a while while listening to loud music cussing talking about having drinking parties. Very unprofessional! so finally they got the vehicle fixed and put back together and we left. When we started going down the road, the vehicle just didn’t feel right, especially when braking Anyway the next day it started squealing. The brakes were squealing just like if you didn’t have any brakes on it so it went on like this for a week or so and everybody said oh it’s OK it’ll give out, called the company. They said oh yes just give it a little bit. It’s just brake dust. Let it just give it a little bit so we gave it a little bit and it got worse then it started grabbing feel like it was pulling my husband takes it to the shop. They didn’t see anything wrong with it. Liars is what they are liars they probably never looked at it. It’s fine. OK drive it again for another week or two started smelling something like burnt tires burnt rubber but oh you know people say it’s just women. We don’t know nothing, I know and I know this company is a liar and a cheat, and they stole money because come to find out we took it somewhere else and we were right because the right front wheel the brake line was stopped up and this man that we took it to said that the company that put the brakes on for us and the rotors should have seen that but no, you know why they didn’t because they’re shoddy workers so therefore because of that issue that was going on my daughter ends up spending another thousand dollars for a new rotor brake pads caliber and something else had to be done. I can’t remember right off, and fix the brake line because there was not any brake fluid going to that side when she applied the brakes therefore that was why it was squealing, and it ate up the rotor and burn up the brake pad. This company should reimbursed my daughter for their screwup because this man that fixed this problem said it was not my daughter‘s fault that the company that put the brakes and rotors on should’ve seen that brake line like it was but no, they were too worried about partying and drinking and having a good time I will never take any car to this place again and I would not suggest it to anyone if my daughter had of had a accident because of that companies negligence, they would’ve definitely been sued! Take this review as your forewarning for anyone wanting to trust this company they may have used to be a good company, but they’re not anymore particularly this one here on George Bishop Parkway

The best auto repair place you will ever experience! Frankie (at the front desk) is as honest as they come. A real gentleman who goes above and beyond for you. Phil, the mechanic, is an absolute perfectionist. When the job is complete, you can use the engine bay as a mirror! Phil really knows his cars inside-out. If there was a Meineke Hall of Fame, Phil would be the first inductee. I will never go anywhere else for my car repairs.

The crew especially dave great job with me,and my car. Service was great and affordable got me ìn and out

I was a manager at meineke Car care center store 2007 in Wichita Kansas and today I was assaulted by Rusty the manager Woodlawn and 96 in the office then it carried on to outside my son was in the car he's 14 and Rusty and his son Rob tried fighting my son and again he's 14 Wichita keeps deleting my post so I know the owners will sit here rusty is a bad person they drink in the back room in my first two weeks he's called me everything but my name and I told him I had a disability and then it took me a little longer to catch on but yet he still called me stupid slow worthless and so forth just belittling me so I hope the owners do see this and maybe get a hold of me my number is 316-214-2340 Shane he also told me to come back at 6:00 and he would beat my you know what behind the shop I've already been assaulted question should I call the police and make a report and his son said he'd get my address out of the computer

Meagan was great and very knowledgeable would give her a 6 but it won’t let me !!!

Paid in excess of 500$for rear shocks sorry I experienced mechanics apparently didn’t tighten a bolt good enough shock came loose and almost caused my wife to wreck very expansive to fix Meineke poor work ethic and endangered my wife’s life now they refuse to refund lawsuit pending I would not recommend mieneke to a stray dog they charge too much and don’t do good work they don’t care about your vehicle or value your life only your wallet

Chris Harriman provided excellent customer service and ensured my 1992 S10 Custom Classic was repaired within a timely and professional manner. The mechanic replaced my muffler, tail pipe, and custom exhaust tip. I will recommend my friends for all automotive services provided by this Meineke location. Keep up the good work Chris and staff for a job well done.

Get everything in writing!! Greg lips flapping he’s lying. Had them fix exhaust, supposed to be 21/2” into muffler out 3”. Meineke
1st attempt: remove exhaust and piping replaced with 2” and a wye going into 21/2”
2nd attempt installed a resonator ( but had cut pipe inside blocking exhaust
3rd I bring in own muffler and told Greg to use the correct piping and he just flap those lips of his( dang that man loves to hear his own voice)
Still exhaust is legally to loud and corporate doesn’t hold the franchisee to any standards. Find yourself a good old mom and pop shop to get work done correctly not from Meineke cons r us shops!!

Highly experienced staff who were committed to getting me the services I need and meet me where my wallet could go

Air Condition fiasco
7 months after paying to replace the AC compressor AC stopped blowing cold - went back and paid for the system to be recharged
1 year and 1 month after recharging the AC system - had to pay to have the system recharged again
2 months after recharging the AC system - was told the compressors not kicking on - paid to have the compressor replaced and the system recharged
7 months after new compressor and system charge - AC not blowing cold - informed that everything works, the system just needs to be recharged
After all that where I’m at today - told that the compressor is not the issue, it was the connection (which was connected by a Meineke tech)

Shocks & Struts fiasco
1 month after installation of shocks and struts - oil leaking from both shocks - shocks need to be replaced
5 months after installation of shocks and struts - clanking sound from front end - drivers side strut needed to be replaced
4 months after installation of shocks and struts - clanking sound from front end - passenger side strut needed to be replaced

AGAIN, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I was in location 7200 w addison for brake work on 5/27/26 also oil change the attendet was friendly however immediately after I took the car evey light in my dashboard was on immediately I returned and I was informed that t his will disappear after 15 miles but never happened and I returned back and I was informed that my speed sensor need replacement and this is not our fault although I saw them taking the tire from front and I can't know is something happened or this is only coincidence and I don't believe in coincidence so I complained to corporate but they told me this independent owner and when I asked if they can give discount for fixing this issue which I hardly believe is coincidence he gave me price almost $ 500 dollars and I took the car to different mechanic and came price around $150 so im not happy with service and still to know after fixing the sensor what will happened to my car because I still can hear sound while driving so be ware of this location
