Very poor support and no documentation of their products. I bought an android car media player, they refused to give any documentation and they delayed the solution of problems long to expire the allowed time to return the unit. Now I can't return the unit and it does not work properly.

Mekede is a warning example of how not to run a business. My radio was delivered defective – the screen was broken, and the FM functions were completely unusable. To get the device even partially working, I had to replace parts and flash firmware myself. This should never happen with a new product.

Afterwards, I tried for more than 40 days to return the defective product. Mekede refused to accept the shipment, in violation of their own 30-day return policy and EU and Chinese consumer law. Even the boss behaved childishly, completely ignoring all requests. They show zero respect for customer rights.

Product quality is substandard, customer service is nonexistent, and their policies are empty promises with no consequences. I originally planned to place 15 additional orders – all were canceled and transferred to another brand that worked perfectly from the start.

Conclusion: Mekede sells junk, deceives customers, and takes no responsibility whatsoever. Stay far away, or be prepared for frustration, ignored complaints, and financial loss.

Very bad supplier. China Quality which does not work at all. Any penny you will spend here, is money which you will throw out of the window. be carefull. they promise to send money back and they never do!

werry bad customer service,bought a dudu7 head unit,it worked Nice and have a verry Nice level of customisation.but to My bad,after two days display got strips All over,jus like at crashed lcd television.i contacted Them about the problem,they sent me some updates,but they Didnt help.so they sent me a New display,that i had to change My self 🤷‍♂️but i grap the Challenge,got the New display mounted.but again to My bad the New screen also is defekt,it looks Nice but No touch 👎i reach out again to tell Them about it,they sent me New update ses,that also dont cure the problem.then i ran out of patience and ask Them to refund My money and send a return label if they want the defect unit back... but nooo... now its My problem because i did the update wrong,then i ask if they will send me a detailed plan how i should do it then. but No they jus sat i should do i correct.no refund and No more help...so i have a headunit for 480 eur that i can throu out.
