DISAPPOINTING!
Wanted to order from this company, but received a message informing us under no circumstances would they enter the property for delivery.
We are 86 and 76 respectively and one of us is disabled.
We live in a bungalow, so there’s no stairs, so to absolutely refuse to deliver inside the property was very disappointing.
However, we were looking at quite a large order, so it’s their loss really, but this day and age, disability friendly is a must, in my opinion.

I can confirm that the furniture you enquired about was from our flat-pack range, and you asked whether we would be able to assemble it for you. Unfortunately, this is not a service that we currently offer, and I apologise for any disappointment this may have caused.
To clarify, for larger furniture orders, our delivery service includes placing the items just inside the front door of your property. We do not provide assembly or room-of-choice delivery as part of this service.

Terrible Delivery
Poor customer service.
I am a young woman, living alone. I ordered bedroom furniture, with the understanding it would be brought into a room of my choice. Firstly, there is no options to choose a slot for delivery. I work full time and had just moved in. How am I supposed to manage this?
I ended up pay £105 for weekend delivery. This alone is extortionate. When this arrived, it was left on the pallet, wrapped on the pavement outside my house. £105 for this service. I questioned how I was supposed to get it in. The driver simply got back in his van and drove off.
These parcel suggest two people should lift them, labelled ‘very heavy’, yet I was expected to take them in and upstairs alone.
I contacted customer services days ago to complain. I have yet to receive a response.
I feel massively let down by this company. I know they’ll just blame their delivery partners but it’s their name on the product, they are responsible.

We would like to clarify a few points. Your order was originally scheduled for delivery using our own transport team, with a delivery date and time slot allocated. Your order would have been delivered through your front door with our own team. Following this, you contacted us to advise that you might not be at home and asked whether the order could be left outside your property. You then requested a Saturday delivery instead.
As our own vehicles operate on planned delivery routes, we cannot guarantee that we will be in every area on a Saturday. To accommodate your preferred delivery day, we offered our optional chargeable pallet delivery service via our third-party courier. This service provides a day-of-choice delivery where our own transport schedule cannot.
The pallet delivery service is a kerbside delivery service, meaning the goods are delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point outside the property. The driver is not insured or authorised to move the goods into the property.
Having reviewed the email correspondence, I can see that we responded to your emails within our quoted response times. While we appreciate that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, we do strive to respond to all customer enquiries as promptly as possible and in line with the service levels we advertise.

When I ordered the chest of drawers I pick melody maison not just for the style but it was ready assembled and said they deliver to a room of your choice once I paid for I was told they couldnt offer that anymore then later on I was told it would be delivered as pallet delivery meaning would be left on doorstep I rang to say I am disabled and need it to be at least put in my hallway and then I would get someone to take upstairs for me the lady I spoke to was very helpful and organised this and called me back to advise I was then kept in contact all through to delivery date the delivery man was very pleasant and furniture came packaged well was really pleased with the furniture and is very well made so I would like to be able to order from them again as long as I can be assured of delivery as the company are extremely helpful I would recommend them due to quality and help
