I’m new to gel nail art and I love this brand!! I got the nail drill, brushes, and some other tools here and they’ve all worked so so well. It’s much easier to work and create intricate designs. I also love the packaging and design of the tools, they feel like quality materials.

Also, I had needed customer service help and they are incredibly responsive and helpful.

I appreciate the brand through and through so much and will be purchasing more tools from here again.

Melody Susie is the best. I recently bought a SM200F plus nail drill and the clip was broken. I sent them email and they reply so fast and they send me a replacement right away. I love the drill and nail dust collector. I have used their product for almost 2 years now and I’m so happy with it. I will diffidently purchase it again. Thank you for providing an amazing product for a nail tech like me. Really appreciate all the help that you’ve giving me.

Had an issue with my package when it got delivered to me and so I submitted an exchange form. Customer service reached out the very next day and helped solve the issue. I received my new package within a few days in great condition.

I had ordered 3 8+1 sets from Melody Susie. One for myself and two for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately the top coat was defective in all three. I reached out to Melody Susie and they went above and beyond. They sent full size replacements for the gift sets as I turned down one for myself. They were extremely kind and prompt when help me. I will be buying from them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for nail products.

I ordered a dust collector and had questions about something that was happening on my end and they responded quickly and professional and to note on the dust collector it works perfectly!!

I purchased the HPro dust collector and didn’t open the box until about 45 days later. I didn’t realize that it wasn’t a cordless, which is what I needed, so I reached out to customer service and they allowed me to exchange for the HProR with no hassle. I paid the difference in price, they emailed me the return label, and I received my replacement within a few days. Exceptional customer service, will order again from them in the future!

The very first drill I bought was from melodysusie. It’s the 2n1 drill lamp combo. It worked perfectly until the hand piece decided to stop working on me. I reached out to melodysusie and customer service was great!! They shipped me a replacement and I got it in a week’s time! They were so helpful throughout the whole situation and were a great help!! When I first contacted MS I had no idea they would respond so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me and said they would be sending out a replacement efile as soon as possible. I think within a week, I had my new efile. Their customer service is the best, as they really do care for their customers and go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. I had ordered a drill but found a better deal on their Amazon storefront. I wrote them to cancel the first order but it had already shipped but they were great and let me pick an item that covered the cost I would have saved from the Amazon order. They were really quick at responding and helped me out even though it wasn’t really their fault but mine for not comparing orders before I placed it. Thank you! I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. I bought the Jade drill bc I’m in nail school and the cheap one I got broke after 2 months and the Jade is super quiet and a lot better!

I was looking to purchase a mail drill and I heard good things about Melody Susie. I purchase the drill as a birthday gift to myself and I can tell you it didn’t disappoint me. The drill worked really good. All over sudden it stop working and I reach out to Melody Susie. The customer service team were great communicating with me. I send them a video of the issue and they quickly send me a replacement. I am very please with the drill and I would recommend everyone to do business with Melody Susie.

Bought a drill and although the hand piece started messing up immediately after I bought it the customer service team immediately took action and sent me a new one. This has been a great experience and I’m definitely buying more products. Not to mention the efile has a 15 month warranty. No other brands that I have used have this good if a warranty.

I bought an orange push button file. The button was stiff and unclear when used, I had to use force every time I opened it, the machine ran very smoothly but after a few months it stopped halfway. I contacted the company to request a repair and surprisingly the company sent me a new replacement machine, a perfect machine with buttons that have clear steps and are very easy to use. I am really grateful for the care and quick handling of the company's team. I boldly rate a very reputable sales company, always caring and protecting the customer's choice. You should buy here.

I received an order with a lamp that wasn’t quite working right and I reached out to customer service who quickly responded and told me they would send me a replacement asap! Customer service was wonderful and I would recommend anyone to buy from this company.
