Same as other reviews--when months…

Same as other reviews--when months after ordering the quilted bags arrived, they did not come close to matching the look or quality of the images on their website. They also sent bags that were a completely different pattern than the ones I ordered, asked for pictures, then told me that the pictures matched when they clearly didn't.

A long email exchange with what I assume to be a service bot has lead to offers of a partial refund that are then followed by a refusal to refund when I reply that I'll accept the refund. No phone number, no way to review on their website, and the email the list as customer service bounces back. Replying to the order confirmation email is the way I started the useless exchange.

Similar to other reviewers, I also clicked on the link advertised in the NY Times. Disappointed.

As others have said

As others have said, I ordered quilted laundry bags and got flat canvas instead. It took three months and multiple complaints even for that. Customer service kept saying “be patient”. I was stupid to order without checking reviews first. I plan to complain to PayPal. Glad I did not give the company my credit card info.

Complete and utter scam company

Complete and utter scam company, and perhaps most disappointingly, it found me via online advertising with the NY Times via Wordle. Tsk tsk NY TIMES. What was posted as a cute, quilted (that means some sort of material, right?) sheep picture laundry bag arrived about a month later as a cheap sheep transfer on plastic. Any attempt to deal with the company, who asked for photos - and I even put a photo comparison of what I received vs what they show online to show the ridiculousness - were pushed back on by a bot-like reply. $55 for a 5c mass produced plastic bag - and the offer to spend another USD20 to send it back for a “refund”. Just. Don’t.

Scammer. Beware!

As someone else reported, this company falsely advertises quilted products, sends out flat printed ones instead and refuses to give refunds. If this happens to you, contact your credit card company to dispute the transaction.

What you order is NOT what you get!!!

They advertise quilted 3 dimensional products ( laundry bags, duffles, etc.). Then they ship flat canvas versions instead of the quilted ones! They won’t pay for shipping it back or a refund. I sent them photos of what they sent vs. what they offered on their site but they refuse to admit they are different. Fraudulent scammers!!!
