The service is great and, as a developer of 24yrs, I don't think it's worth developing these tools for the solopreneur. This does the job perfectly. More importantly, the support is bang on. Efficient and accurate and personal. It's a 👍 from me!

The staff genuinely want us to have a smooth, unflustered experience of using Memberspace, so they do their utmost to make this happen. Their recent help has transformed how we work, saving time and setting up a system that we will use in the future. These values are the reason we continue to use Memberspace.

great technical help - prompt and very helpful

Customer service is great. I'm working on setting up a Members Only section on a website for a nonprofit organization. I've had lots of questions and when I can't find answers in the documentation, I just email and they are so quick to respond and patient. I've also gone to one of their live support hours. We don't even use most of the Memberspace features (since we don't collect dues online) but it's been great to have a tool that lets us put part of our site behind a wall.

I contacted them because I wanted to do the email campaign and they were very responsive and got me taken care of within couple hours. Amazing. Amazing customer service.

I love everything about MemberSpace! Their UI is clean, intuitive and has just about every feature I wanted. Their customer support has been amazing as well. Super fast to respond and always have an answer.
