I would also give this company a zero. They offered a buy one get one free root cover for a total of $37.76 but was charged $47.28. Not only that, but it is still sitting in Norway somewhere. Purchase was made two weeks ago

I would give this company a zero if I could. They are horrible! They first said that the hair cover up product was from Italy now they have just sent me another tracking number saying it’s from China. It is been almost a month and still no product. Lesson learned.

Do not order from this company. The product shipped from Italy July 5, and I tracked it until Aug 5 when it didn’t move again. When I emailed the company mid August they said that it now arrived Aug. 15. It did not arrive. I told them that. On August 27 they said they found it didn’t arrive and that now it won’t be returned to them either, so if I still want it I would need to pay them shipping for both the item not delivered and a new one because they were out money!! Never mind that they will not credit me back do something I never got and they acknowledge I never got!
Do not ever order anything from these scammer!!!!

I would give them zero stars if possible. I spent $60 on cheap plastic hummingbird feeders that all leak. They are hassling me about returning. They shipped from the US but returns go to foreign country’s so the return shipping is almost as much as their poor quality products. I would not recommend buying from them.

Still trying to get refund what ever you do don’t buy or have anything to do with this company it’s a scam that sells rubbish

2 weeks without response from seller, no shipment information, nothing, despite that order was paid for express delivery, it looks like scam website - beware
