Bad customer service

Really cool brand with good designs. However, they have really bad customer service. I ordered a shirt a month ago. After 2 weeks I emailed them for an update. Yesterday, (another two weeks later, I emailed and no response once again.) I understand they may be very busy but they need to have some sort of customer service. There’s no way that after a month you still can’t get back to a customer. I even feel like returning the item…. If I even get it.
