When i decide to use it, there was only 1.65$ left out of the 100$. Not recommed

terrible bought gift cards never received

I’ve bought 2500$ worth of cards and half of the gift cards were already used after I was a top client spending over 50,000$ and there customer support stopped replying to me

This online platform is one of the worst I've dealt with. I bought gift cards, 2 tend not to be redeemable, I contacted google support and they said they blocked these 2 cards only. When I contacted customer support they refused to replace cards and refused to refund. AED 1000 were taken from me. Be careful of using their platform

Purchased and item that got listed as available paid through PayPal because I can get my money back no matter what.unfortunately the item wasn’t available and I got my money back the same day.
It would have been 5 start but because of the weird communication ( through live chat )

I bought a 10 dollar worth apple gift card, was never delivered, total scam babes

Tried to oder an item. They took the payment while at the same time saying that the transaction did not go through. I spent a long time on their web chat trying to make them understand the problem. Eventually their accounts team called me and they found the payment after I told them the reference number given by my bank. They processed the order and the package arrived the next day.

I would advise anyone using this website to choose payment on delivery. Then you can quickly back out if you face the some problems I did

False prices,outdated information and huge spam .DO NOT BUY from these guys.

Quiet Amazed by the prices in their website. Went to other portals and saw that their Samsung Flip 6 was cheaper and tried to speak to their representative. They assured the product and price as correct as per website. Good news is, I placed the order using credit card on delivery payment. Was shocked when I saw the delivery person in 2 hours at my door step. The mobile is as per the order and swiped my card. Happy with Menakart service and kudos to their team for these unbelievable prices.

They advertised a JVC tv and promised to deliver within 2 days. Then one of their staff called me that they no longer have the item in stock and tried to convince me to take Skyworth TV as a replacement. I refused and requested a refund, then she said they will deliver the JVC TV, why would they say they didn't have and suddenly they have when I requested a refund??!!

I have been waiting for the delivery since Saturday and every day there is an excuse for why it had not been delivered. I have requested that they cancel the order and to refund my money.

I am not sure they are a legit company. I will also report them to the DED, to ensure they clamp down on them for false advertising. I will never buy from this retailer again.

Wow..Amazed by their service..I was on an urgent trip to Dubai and was in the hotel for 6 hours only. I called Menakart customer service and asked if they can deliver an iPhone 15 Pro max, 1TB, Natural Titanium before I go back to the airport. The customer service person was very supportive and assured once the order is placed they will deliver to my hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road. As promised, I placed the order and in 4 hours it was delivered to my hotel room. Guys you rock and keep up the good work. Will surely buy more next time
When I come to Dubai.

i bought something on their website. It said instant delivery. i talked to customer service who said it takes 5-10 minutes to arrive. a while later they randomly request id and pictures of my bank card after purchase.

Which i have never had to do on any site i have ever purchased. and then they say it takes a long time to process so instant delivery for me was more like eternal delivery... i opted for a refund and now they say they will refund me. We will see... lets hope they keep their word

My personal experience is horrible and the customer service just dodges my questions. i will NEVER buy again from this place.
