Do not use this website, it is a dodgy company based in China!

Update

I successfully made a claim from my credit card company on the basis of counterfeit goods. The seller did not contest the claim therefore I recovered the money. Stella MaCartney did email to confirm that Menzenski.com are not an authorised seller. Thanks to them and my Tesco Mastercard.

Original review

My Wife bought a pair of Stella MaCartney girls denim shorts from this site recently. She paid in US dollars and received a receipt, which didnt specify the item ordered, just the amount paid.

A few weeks later a pair of brightly striped Ladies swimming trunks arrived from China. There was no company name, no invoice, return labels or other paperwork included. The email address listed as a correspondence address on the receipt sent an auto response saying it was not monitored and to use the contact form on the website.

I immediately contacted them via the contact form and so far have received no response.

On checking the website it is noticeable that there is no company address and nothing to indicate that they are in fact a Chinese company.

Nor do I believe that they are in fact an authorised reseller of Stella MaCartney products.

I have spoken to my credit card company and because they did not describe the item on the receipt I do not have enough evidence that they have sent the wrong item. So it appears that the lack of information on their receipt is deliberate and dishonest.

My only hope of recovering the money is if Stella MaCartney confirm that they are not an authorised reseller as this will bring it within the Mastercard counterfeit rules.

The lesson is do not use this website.
