Very bad experience , I didn’t receive my delivery yet . I ruin my money.

Total bummer, this is a scam it is disguised as miracle or Mirakilo.com with really cute party outfits and I got thin fabric with the "image" of what I thought I was getting printed on it. Super disappointed and surprised they sent anything at all.

They are thieves. I ordered items with £108 and I received tags. Pieces of cloth worth £1.00. They have asked me to return them but no return label. Address is suspicious and post office says it’s not a correct one. All those giving good reviews are themselves not customers. You will be caught soon.

The clothes are absolutely boss. Quality as good as or if not better than Nike, Gym Shark etc. Had 4 orders now and will keep ordering!

Won't send your item and won't give you any explanation - always ' we will look into this for you' and then no response again. It's been nearly 6 weeks for me.
Have ordered in the past and the quality and service were both great but it seems to have gone drastically downhill and can see this in other reviews too.

Not worth the money or hassle!
I used to buy from them regularly and the amenity legging were awesome… not any more. Thin and feel cheap! In fact i bought some from primark when i realised how see through they were and the quality was loads better for a fraction in the price.

I had a bad experience with not receiving my items over a year ago but decided id give them another go… mistake, a month went by with no reply to my emails.. simply NOT good enough! Then for some to finally arrive in an envelope and they feel like something i bought of shine …but worse!
Either sort it out or stop trading and ripping people off

Terrible. Paid for leggings a month back. Nothing. Contacted them and they said the items were being sent out. 10 days went by still nothing. Poor communications.

I will contact my back to report this company as fraud and take my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE HORRIBLE THIEVING SCOUSERS. THEYVE JUST SENT ME EMAIL SAYING WHAT U GONNA DO ABOUT IT. AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT SEND ME MY PARCEL. Took over 6 weeks to receive my order, after which felt like a life time getting hold of them they offered me a free T-shirt which was nice but once received I only had part of my order. Quality of the fabric is quite good but the vinyl print is really poor, didn’t even last a wash and it came away on the pants, sent a picture over to their FB page of the vinyl print coming away and they just read it didn’t both messaging back, shame really as I personally think this company with the right professionalism could go far.

Since may I’ve been trying to track my refund. Replied a few times on Instagram, have now stopped. Have read my messages. Sent them proof of my return being accepted and they’ve seen it, still not refund. £70 all together including two signed deliveries (as they didn’t accept my first return, so I had to pay again to send it).
Awful, I want my money back!!

Never received my refund since 2018, and I can see others have similar experience.

I ordered four items for delivery to Cambodia using international tracked and signed. First problem- this company uses Royal Mail but they do not inform the customer of this before purchase. The royal mail app cannot be downloaded in Cambodia and the royal mail website is always blocked and unavailable. I asked Merakilo to provide me with the parcel location because it has already been over ten days since ordering. I explained I can't use the tracking number and all they did was give me the tracking number again. Very unhelpful. You chose your delivery company, not me so help to perform those tasks when I ask. Secondly, this company Merakilo at first lied to me about the location of my parcel when I first asked why I had not been sent a tracking number three days after ordering. When you make a purchase you receive an email stating you can log in to track your parcel and that you will receive email updates. So far I haven't received a single email update. On logging into the Merakilo link for my order all I see is an advert trying to make me buy other items. Shameful marketing tactic when you have not sent me what I ordered. This company also lied to me when I first requested my tracking number, they told me my parcel would arrive at my address the same day!! In fact they later admitted the parcel had not even left their warehouse. Why lie to people?? Two days later they then sent me a generic website for Royal Mail and a tracking number. This was a website with delivery information about Vietnam (I live in Cambodia). They were too lazy to even provide a hyperlink for the track and trace section of Royal Mail. To my knowledge my parcel has not even left Heathrow and I am now told it will be a further 10-15 days. I paid £20 for this slow and unworkable delivery service. I am now moving house to a different city so it will be extremely difficult to collect this parcel even if it can be held by the post office. Use a more reliable delivery carrier. I'd advise all international customers to not order from this company. Note, I ordered on October 28th and it is now November 15th. That would total 17 days plus an additional 10-15 days for delivery (27- 32 days!!) Refund requested.
