Would be 0 stars if offered. I ordered 3 bottles. Received December 11th. aprox 2 weeks later they charge my card again and I only found out because of a notice from the cc fraud dept. Had to cancel the card, before the new card was even received they charged that card, only knew because the fraud dept called. Cancelled that card and the same thing happened a third time. Went to the bank and had them look into it. The branch couldn't figure out what was going on and ordered me a third card. Next day fraud dept calls and informed me that they charged my card and after looking into it in depth come to find out they set it up on an account and a monthly purchase instead of just a normal charge. During this I emailed Riley at support to cancel and refund my purchase. Never heard from them. Their phone number is useless as they defer everything to online. Conclusion , the fraud dept went in and cancelled the account by closing the token that they set up. This company is a scam , don't buy from them. This could have all been resolved if they had a legitimate support dept and a phone # where you can get issues resolved instead of waiting 24-48 hours or in this case not at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The posts office delivered my order they said. 5 days later it showed up.I have a parcel locker with a key. I contacted them and they sent me another order before the post office decided to deliver the first order.I can't believe the difference it has made.I am 72.It made a noticeable improvement from the 1st low dose.Clearer thinking and more energy.Will continue using

Poor customer service. Didn't know what prices their website offered. Tried charging me more than the website by offering a 10% off after I had an item in my shopping cart and left because the advertised price wasnt reflected in what they were charging at checkout. When I question this I was told sorry this is an SMS offer only. After reaching out several times and finally letting them know I would go elsewhere I was told that I could have the 50% discount and to follow a link which I did which took me right back to the same situation I've been in. The following morning I questioned whether they had figured it out and was told to follow the link and make my purchase and again not to my surprise I found the same incorrect pricing. I was again told to hold on while they investigated and 2 hours later after no response when I reached out I was told they were sorry but that offer was no longer available but they would keep sending me information about special offers they had. This is no way to run a business. You may feel you have the best methylene blue out there but I'm here to tell you there are other competitors that have the same ingredients and a better customer service experience. Buyer beware.

“Accidentally” doubled my order. Cannot get anyone to help me return the product. Shady company at best.

I am disappointed with my experience with Meraki Medicinal. After placing my subscription on pause, I was still sent a shipment and charged for it. When I reached out to resolve the issue, the responses I received were minimal, inadequate and delayed. This lack of attentiveness and customer care has left me with little confidence in their business practices. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Meraki Medicinal based on my experience.

I’ve worked graveyard for years now and recently have had issues with brain fog, and mental clarity. I stumbled on Meth Blue and begin reading about, then I found Meraki Medicinal and decided to give it a try. Without paying attention I noticed my brain fog went away and mental clarity went through the roof. I’ve been hooked ever since and have recommended the Meraki Medicinal products to everyone. It took a few weeks to kick in, but once it did it sent my brain into over drive!! Definitely recommend this product to everyone with similar issues.

This methylene blue project really improved my focus and got rid of my brain fog completely. It took about a month for me to realize it but it truly made a difference for me.

This stuff changed my life! I have so much more energy and it eliminated my brain fog I couldn’t get rid of. The best part is it’s American made! Highly recommend!

I'm pretty sure I had cancelled the subscription, but after my first initial purchase, the next month Oct 25, 25. I get a message saying they've charged me another $35....I immediately emailed them telling them to stop, and they gave me a link, Manage Your Subscription, so I went there and cancelled it. Come Nov 25, I get another notice that they're charging me again. I went to check the link(to cancel sub) and it says NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. So why do they keep charging...Well it seems through paypal it's still active, but cancelling the Active feature seems stupid....as when I move it to Inactive and then go back and check it still says ACTIVE.....So paypal credit card customer service cant help, i gotta call paypal...although it's actually my bank that's getting charged...Fkn complicated....Regardless, whether it's still connected with my paypal account/card....I cancelled on through the company's Manage Your Subscription, Link...so they need to get it fixed. Annoying...And I think the blue shyt gives me headaches anyway...even though I only take about 5 drops, sipping it it over about 15 minutes.

I have definitely noticed a difference in energy levels throughout the day.
There is no spike or feelings of jitteriness…just consistent feeling like I had the best night’s sleep ever. Also, maybe a slight increase in overall well-being or mood/attitude? I’ve been taking it for about 6 weeks but I noticed a difference on day 1 ◡̈

They said it's all made in America it ships out of China it's been eight days and my order hasn't even been shipped to me plus it will take another 3 weeks when they actually ship it. they are liars do not order from them.

Very good quality product. I guess people have had bad experiences with customer service, but I never did. I was able to cancel a subscription relatively easily. The product itself is exponentially better than Blueorganics, which I’ve also used.

Product is ok I guess. I bought one bottle and now I'm subscribed for automatic monthly payment and delivery. I never signed up for a subscription. I bought one bottle one time. Now, I get annoying emails every day. And a schedule of when new products will be charged and delivered. Again, I never signed up for subscription. They make it almost impossible to cancel the subscription. Total scam operation.

I would choose zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. Their return policy sounds great until you want to make a return and they send you a link that only gives you the option to order more. They won’t respond to emails with anything except the return link that doesn’t work. I started a subscription on a Thursday thinking I would have time to cancel if I didn’t like it, but 3 days later they charged me for my 2nd order. It didn’t even make sense since I hadn’t received the first order. Also, in researching more I found that they are not honest about their 3rd party testing. Avoid!
