Do Not Buy Used Car From There
In my previous review, I have given 5 stars. But sadly, I need to correct it and give it a one star.
I have purchased my car 7 months ago, and it was a used car. Although, it has gone through the service and controls, they did not change the brake pads. I just noticed this when I was changing the tires for the winter ones. The car was around 48000 kms when I purchased and they did not even cared enough to change those rusty, nearly gone brake pads. If I did not notice, they would have damaged the brake discs. And I was thinking, all was done accordingly and they were doing great customer service.
I did not purchased my car from a person, I purchased it from Mercedes Benz dealership. And with this, I expect some customer service and controls for the purchased vehicle. When I called my customer representitive, she told me "I should have purchased a new car from them instead". So, instead of providing good service, they are just blaming customer for "not purchasing a new car".
