Tried to cancel my contract after 3…
Tried to cancel my contract after 3 years and told that if I want to cancel I can in 13 months time as I didn't give them enough notice to stoop a rollover contract being accepted. This means there is no loyalty even though I explained that my machine doesn't work most of the time now due to where I work, as I cannot get a signal and they cannot provided a solution. I have been told that I either pay the cancellation fee (same as paying rentals) or keep for something that is almost useless.
DIDN'T READ THE SMALL PRINT SOME 3 YEARS AGO (never explained the cancellation process when selling)

Very Good Customer Service
The consultant I dealt with Stuart Finnie was extremely helpful and assisted in every way that he could. This was a new process to me and I hit a number of stumbling blocks along the way but Stuart helped me to sort those out. Very good customer service.
