Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service, worked tirelessly to sort out the problem with the collision avoidance system (which isn't an easy fix). They kept me informed at every stage, very polite from start to finish. An added bonus is reception, the guys know how things work and give good advice, unlike Mercedes main dealers who use untrained staff.
I use Merc device every time I need a repair, they're trustworthy, helpful and at a good price and a lot cheaper than a main dealer.

Recommended....failed totally

Had issue with pre safe coming on randomly ,causing car to lose power,no turbo, basically in limp mode ,took it to them after having another garage read code of failed oil level sensor...they replaced it ,charged me also for reading code and resetting ....3 miles later its faulted.booked back in ,they dont recognise a Monday ,its always call us Tuesday, and wrap up about 3pm! Anyway back it goes and they found nothing but same code...they were recommended as wizards with laptop etc ,not this time ,just moaned about it being a Renault engine in car,the 1st they have worked on ?!!!!lost fpr ideas it was the same call us next tuesday saga ,we will ask Mercedes.even suggested it was ECU £1200 plus fitting and coding ,just guessing ,absolute jokers!!..got fed up as they were just getting me to drop car off and not getting anywhere...took it to MB CENTRE ...sorted withing 1.5hrs ...,now 4 days later still perfect 🤡🤡dont waste ya time

Rubbish garage stay away

Rubish garage, absolute rubbish garbage, do not take your car there. Called in to book a B service, and they quoted me £350 which is not unreasonable for a Mercedes full service. I Dopped my car in the morning and a couple of hours later they call me to say that my car needed an extra filter worth £100 due to being on 51k miles. I found it odd as I was certain the card was in the realms of 30k miles, but still agreed to do it not giving it much thought. a couple of moments later I realized that they had made a mistake because the odometer is set to use km not miles. When I went to collect my car I explained that they misread the odometer and that the car was set to Km. They made an effort to ignore my claim very much dismissing it as "ups it happens" and presenting the bill. Surprise surprise almost £700, double as much as originally quoted, and a hefty £250 over what I was expecting (350 + 100). Turns out this sneaky mechanic quotes you without VAT, a very slimy move in today's age, clearly a tactic to attract you at a lower price only to charge you very much the same as Mercedes itself. Stay away at all cost you're better of with Halfords
