I ordered a LeTV One Pro 64GB the 28 of october 2015 , the money was taken fom my bank account but I never recieved any shippment confirmation or any tracking number. Since then I send 3 mail and they never answer me. At that moment I don't even know if I will recieved what I ordered.

EDIT : Now we're the 05 of december, and they still have not shipped my order. I send them mails in order to be full refunded, but since I ask them to refund last week, they never respond.
Very bad site, never buy here.

I had Placed an order (order#101114956) for a mobile on 2nd Nov'15 and had kept my mobile number which was on international roaming and which was having issue receiving call in roaming. The customer support team took into account my mail communication regarding delayed shipping and sorted out the issue as to why the shipping was delayed. The entire process was sorted out.

I'M very happy with my new Samsung Note 4. Thanks to Merimobiles. The phone wasn't perfectly setup but I got in contact with their technical support which sorted out for me in no time

I ordered a phone 30.10.2015 by mistake. I contacted them after created order for cancel it.
They are still didnt do anything :D

Four weeks after payment - still no phone and no clear information from them.

Order a phone from them, that they said was in stock. The promised to ship within 2-5 business days. After 5 business days I get a message that it is not in stock in the selected color, and offered a different color. Fair enough. As I only want the color ordered, I reply and ask them to cancel the order.

E-mail's back and forth for 4-5 days where I ask to cancel, and they keep offering me a new color. When I insist on cancelling the order (as they cannot deliver), the suddenly have the phone in stock and say that the have shipped it the same day. Only the cannot provide a tracking number....

Now after almost one month from my payment, still no phone. The told me on October 19. that they had shipped the phone - guess what, now I have gotten a tracking number, and it has left China on November 4. By the way, the emailed me on November 2. telling me that the phone was already in Europe then... Do you get my frustration with their service :-(

Most disappointing thing about the service is definitely that I keep getting contradictory information. It is frustrating and I feel that I cannot trust what they are telling me.

Processing time twice longer than shipping time. Now looking for the tablet.

Purchased a phone in July 2014, and the phone had a fault with switching off randomly. Spoke to customer service member and he helped me through the process of getting fixed. All happy now with phone. Would definitely buy again from them.

I requested a cylinders headset, arrived a couple of days after the fact in immaculate condition. No issue by any stretch of the imagination.

I ordered a phone. After 5-6 days, I received a DHL tracking number, which was not working. I wrote to them, what is it? This indicated that an error was made in the machine is not in stock. They offered me to order anything else, I do not ask. Then they promised to refer back within 5-7 days of the order amount. Two weeks later it was done. I made a complaint at PayPal, then arrived at the reference without a word.
