Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication and fast delivery. Highly recommended

Never experienced customer service like these offer, from the initial enquiry right up until it arrives at your house, I asked about his pcs, he told me every bit of info I needed without trying to persuade me to buy or buy more than I wanted, I ended up ordering the hawk, he messaged me almost every day with updates while waiting on parts, building and shipping; followed it up until it reached me, literally perfect service and a perfect pc. It’s fully ready to play so no messing on Xmas day, everything’s set up ready. The pcs well worth the money and I’m glad I got it through merker. Couldn’t be happier!
I couldn’t find a power supply in the box 🙈 messaged them to ask if it was supposed to have one; and he didn’t even make me feel like a fool when saying it’s in the envelope in box 🤣
Pc was safely packaged inside 2 boxes with padding between and arrived at mine perfect condition
It took 5 days form the initial order to the pc arriving at mine, and for a custom built pc thay he has to order parts for that’s seriously impressive! Thank you so much ❤️

An exceptionally honest company who took time to discuss options for a teenagers gaming computer. They took the time to explain why it wouldn't be necessary for a more expensive, higher spec machine that we initially enquired about. A rare response these days, and greatly received.

Top class service from the beginning. I was looking for a gaming pc bundle for my son for Xmas and had very little knowledge of what to get. They was very helpful showing me the different types to get and letting me amend my order. Once order was made he kept in constant contact advising me of when it was being built to shipping to making sure it arrived to my house.

Obviously we haven't used it yet but it looks amazing and will make another review once my son has used it at Xmas.

I'd certainly advise anyone to buy from Merker Computers, you'll be looked after 100% top notch customer service.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and only had a small budget. My son really wanted a gaming pc for Xmas and I was determined to find one. I did expect to buy a second hand one but a friend found Merker Computers and I’m so grateful he did. I ordered a gaming pc and from the minute I ordered it I received Whatssap communication asking what I needed from the pc. I was then kept up to date every step of the way….to inform when pc was being built, when it was shipped and again when it had arrived.
Absolutely top, top service, highly recommended. I will never buy a computer from anywhere else. Thank you so much.

They were amazing the pc holds up very good and they got it to me so quickly and answered all my questions and always kept in contact and came and set it all up for me so defo recommended this company

Having ordered my first gaming pc after having last gamed in 1999 Merker Computers have been epic. Communication, friendliness and professionalism are above excellent. I cannot see myself going with any other IT company (whilst I am still here in the UK anyway).

Edit 10 Sept 2022: after having had to send my PC back due to a slight hiccup the service was flawless, as per usual. I cannot recommend Merker Computers more!
