A company to avoid

Order arrived at a post office without a delivery notice. While I was locating the package, I bought shoes elsewhere. And I returned the package to this Merkur. They refuse to refund me. And the Merkur return label is simply a fake. In fact, none of the references allow me to locate the package dropped off at the Compiègne sorting center. So it's up to me to file a complaint with the post office. Merkur doesn't give a damn about the status of its return package. So Merkur is just a scam company. And I gave them 48 hours to refund me. Or I'll simply report this company to the DGCCRF.
