I am still waiting for an order i placed on 01.11.21 i can't get in touch to see how long it is going to be. I can't believe ive fallen for another scam!

Do not order from this scam company!!!ordered a truck for my grandson in September and still waiting!! I’ve asked for a refund numerous times but still waiting.

Don't deserve a star at all. Ordered the dinosaur truck for my grandson for Xmas at the end of September still not arrived. When contacted all I got was sorry for delay here's 15% off next order. Just under £26 out of pocket. If someone knows how to get money back please let me know.

Ordered in July 2021 via Merrly. Three months later managed to track down the company Wecomee in China where the item was coming from as Merrly are uncontactable. Wecomee stated the item was lost in logistics and promised a refund.
Still waiting - both seem to be a Scam. Stay away.

I ordered a dinosaur truck for my Nephews birthday over 2 months ago still has'nt arrived & no way of getting in touch so angry

Ordered a toy for my sons xmas present over a month ago still hasn't arrived their is no refund option and no way of emailing them as it's fake, shame on you merrly thank you for basically scamming my son out of a xmas present.

Scammers. The video was showing a different item in size and quality. Offered me a 20% discount on next scamming purchase. Yea right.

Nothing like pictures shown. Bought tiles for the kitchen, to they aren't textured or anything like the size in the picture, very misleading

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!! They don't deserve 1*, if I could have given then 0 I would have!!! I waited a month for my order to arrive and was absolutely disgusted with what I received. I ordered plush/cuddly Mogwai dolls dressed in costume and what I got was a tiny ceramic ornament. They do not respond to any emails you send but are happy to take your money for falsely advertised goods!!! They have stolen photo's from another company who are selling the genuine items. Shame on you Merrly!!!!

Stay well Clear - Avoid

Bought an item off the website, took three weeks to arrive, packaging was open and the item was broke. Felt as if they sent out a broken item to start with. Requested my money back and all I was offered was a 20% discount on any other time from there site. After more robotic email answers, I was expected to send the package to a South Pacific Island for a refund?
