A life changing experience
I only wished I had discovered Merry Land and Ayurveda ten years ago. For the last five years I had been strugling with depression and other health problems like insomnia, short temper, anxiety, an enlarged prostate, that the allopathic doctors kept saying could be cancer, which only made my life more miserable, kidney problems and finally a deficiency in red blood cells. Researching how to improve my red blood cells count I came across Ayurveda and its ways made more sense to me than anything else, because it also dealt with my other conditions simultaneously. I ended up coming to India, the first time in 2024, to learn more about Ayurveda. Luckly the Universe led me to Kovalam and to Merry Land. Last year I managed to do two weeks of Panchakarma and it transformed my life, and this year I am back for a three-week treatment. Not only I learned how to take care of my physical ailments but learned that once you take good care of the body, the mental problems dissolve. I adopted yoga, Ayurvedic food and its philosophy. Depression is gone, life is now bright and full of possibilities, there is no impossible anymore everything is at reach. At Merryland I fell safe, supported and loved by the staff. Dr. Hema is very open minded, extremely cultured and makes herself available for deep conversations. The yoga teacher is a master of his craft making the classes easy to enjoy. The massage therapists are very professional and well prepared. The food is tasty and a cultural experience. I only wish I could bring every loved one to Merry Land to have this life changing experience.
