I wasn’t sure which mesh to buy from their website. I rang, spoke to a helpful adviser who sent me the 2 samples I was considering. The sample arrived promptly. I made my choice and spoke to the advisor again to confirm I was ordering the correct item I saw on their website. I purchased and the delivery was prompt and stress free. I may have got it cheaper from Amazon however I wouldn’t have received the samples & had the reassurance it was correct for my purpose. I will purchase other items from this company in the future.

Fantastic company! Product is the best on the market, perfect for my catio, and over ordered by mistake and the team happily helped me with a return and refund within 48 hours!!

The service received has been excellent. Katie especially, was a pleasure to communicate and deal with. Katie continued to be prompt with her replies and helpful in all respects, she is an asset to the Company. Unfortunately, in my experience, this can be lacking nowadays. Really helpful with advice on the phone, placed an order for soffit mesh and weld mesh at really good prices, which arrived with free delivery 24 hours later in Cornwall.

Just to say thank you very much for your service, and also for the refund on the role we sent back. It was nice to ring and be able to speak to someone, also not to have to wait weeks to get thing’s sorted.

This company is amazing the Customer service was great too nothing was to much trouble had a problem with how the wire mesh poles turned up all damaged at no fault of there own rang them and they said send some pictures and within 10 minutes they called to sort the issue out received the replacement part in the next day top service the wire mesh fence itself was so well made and so easy to put together it was a joy to work with and looks so good will last for years very happy customer 😀

I only placed the order yesterday and less than 20 hours later it has already been delivered as promised!

Great website. Great range and prices.
Ordered large 25m wire mesh fence and bits. Shocked by incredible speed of delivery. Then ordered extra parts on a Sunday delivered Tuesday.
An example for many companies!

I would like to say how pleased I am with Mesh Direct for the quality of the product, the excellent price in comparison to other companies and garden centers and the speed of delivery by Tuffnells. Arrived the next day from ordering. Very pleased indeed.

50 metres needed urgently as rabbits playing havoc with my plastic chicken fencing. Found Meshdirect online. Excellent website, wide selection, competitive prices. Ordered Tuesday late morning, delivered Wednesday at 10.30am. The whole experience could not be bettered. Highly recommended!

You learn much more about the quality of a company when things go wrong.

I had an issue with the delivery company (Tuffnells) whereby the items were left on a main road without notification & subsequently went missing.

The problem was dealt with efficiently & customer service (Richard in this case) were on the ball with regular updates & next day delivery of replacement items.

Our old fence had finally failed so decided to purchase some new fencing from MeshDirect, i decided to buy from them as they supply mesh manufactured to ISO standards and include Line Wire as part of the price. Ordering on line was very easy and 25m roll was exactly what i was looking for as driveway is 22m long. Once order was place i had confirmation within 10 mins and the following morning i had confirmation of delivery which from ordering was 2 days to delivery- great service. Fencing turned up on the day and was left safely next to our front door. I have already unrolled it and installed the line wire, posts now painted and once dry i will be erecting the fence. I will definitely be recommending Meshdirect to friends and family

Ordered green chain link 90cm x 15.2 metre fence. Continuous emails from the delivery firm saying it’s being delivered but not for many days later, however, Meshdirects customer service were straight on it (Richard), put me at ease, made me feel important as a customer and reassured me that if my order didn’t arrive, same day would be arranged. On my unexpexted visit to Meshdirect, I found the staff very friendly, very helpful and very efficent in dealing with me and my enquiry/order.

The Company were very helpful at working out my requirements through numerous emails. The goods were well packed and arrived in 3 days rather than the expected 5 days.

A quality product and well packaged.
The chickens and myself are happy cusomers as yesterday I put the fencing up while the sun shone .

My order for a roll of chain link ordered on a Tuesday evening was delivered on Thursday morning by Tuffnels ..1st class.
