I have been very happy with the service provided by Metals4U from the very beginning. Before making my main purchase, I ordered a sample to make sure it was the right choice, and once I was happy, I placed the full order.
Although there was a slight delay with the delivery due to low stock, the team kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates and excellent communication. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the customer service, and I would happily recommend Metals4U.

Don’t use Evri deliveries. Yet again they have failed to deliver on the day they said they will. Not the first time.

Ive found that M4U are really handy
Ive found that M4U are really handy. With my local metal supplier demanding minimum orders and adding large delivery charges etc M4U are great for small orders and cut sizes.
There was a problem with the courier damaging full lenghs(6M) as they dont fit in the vans but go for a cut length up to 3M and things are good.
M4U sent out a replacment order free of charge for my damaged order so it's all good.

There was an issue with my admittedly small order, but they responded really quickly and fixed it within a couple days, which was fantastic... will definitely continue to use them over other options.

Usual crap courier to blame …
Initially the courier made a pathetic excuse for late delivery, after speaking again to metals for you the issue was resolved.
Why do couriers lie when there delayed I’d rather them just be honest.
