Hahahah this is insane , metamask eth base chain lagging non stop , i am getting json eror on every eth transaction . And that transaction goes into meta state literally not showing any hash of basescan and even tho it does not show , its not being canceled it still goes on pending . Even tho every third party exchange shows that question mark that swap might be stuck . Clicking on that question mark it leads u to site where it shows u for every wallet how to cancel it . But it does not show for metamask cuz only them need some kind of reset for wallet idk. Its nut because i even followed his instructions that i got from support AND IT DID NOTHING . I changed some link for base connection and they made me use some ridicilous gwei and gas which i think was like x200 than normall max priorty gas. Even tho i tried that to it again did not work putting me in position where my transaction is stuck and nothing happens . They sent an review for their ,,managment,, team even tho they told me its known issue which they KNOW and they did not FIX even tho ITS CRUCIAL . After me leaving to go shopping and watching my portofolio for fun like 2h+ I REALISED THAT MY TRANSACTION randomly WENT THROUGH . I was kinda upset but fine because it was slight profit not the kind i wanted but does not matter at least it got fixed . And after me going home trying to swap I GOT SAME EROR AGAIN EVEN THO I USED LIKE ULTRA EXPENSIVE PRIORITY FEE THAT IS HIGHER THAN MAX FEE FOR x30 . BUT THIS TIME I HAD THOSE COINS THAT I TRIED TO SWAP FOR SOME REASSON, and after me telling him now its FINE , ITS ACTAULLY NOT FINE HAHAHAHA . Me refreshing site now shows ITS STUCK AGAIN . And now i am waiting for it to see what will happen probably will buy tokens when price goes even more up even tho i do not want them now cuz its late buy (I will update on this what happend- literally while typing 1 trade got popped out notification that it failed , but other one still pending ) . Than ofc i messaged them again and he told me that i already have this dispiute open which i told him that he needs to add this what happend that i was not part of that trade (Trade cancels itself like max 30min or 1h) but it did not. After that he did not know what to say AND HE SAID ITS BECAUSE THIRD PARTY WEBISTES , and i said stop the cap i tried from metamask directly to and got same eror , plus i tried to swap with every third app possible that was traiding that coin on dexscreener so its cleary not them. After that he did not know what to say and he reported me and i got this message ( Consensys values its employees as much as its customers, any form of insult or disrespect or spamming the agents will not be tolerated ) Btw he was answering every 15 minutes , of course i had to type more things as new things started to happen so i added them all . His support name is - Neo . I was not even rude just losing money like this that is clrearly their mistake and him not making this top priority or something like that . Answering every 10/15 minutes . Just imagine how much money people can lose if randomly transaction that they swapped changes itself past 2h+ . And i tried to swap my eth to anything its not possible i am getting json eror , not even sending eth base is possible for me so my funds are basically frozen now and i need to pray for them to fix it . So i am in their hands . Do not use Metamask if u want to swap on base use any other wallet . Hope they fix this fast because i am losing money by not being able to fast trade plus prices of every coin is changing non stop as u know and i can not change anything getting json eror over and over . If this gets fixed i am swapping all my funds to other wallets for eth base chain . I had no problems with normall eth on metamask . But probably at the end will swap whole portofolio to other better wallets . This took me like more than 15-20 minutes to type , i was typing to support 2 times which both took like 3h+ ,because this guy was responding to me like turtle every 15/20minutes maybe even higher i lost track of time . So i hope any of u found this useful so u do not have to deal with this like me and waste your energy , time , resources , money , sanity , everything and just stay away from metamask at least for basechain.

I had 1 sushi on there, some months later chrome had disabled the wallet extension , when I re-enabled it my sushi was gone.
I would not reccomend metamask

Please everyone do not use MetaMask ever for crypto currency,
I invested around £200 pounds about 4 years ago and the money disappeared from my account, I have been trying to find out what happened to my money, but never had able to find out,

I sent my CHP tokens from my Metamask wallet to another wallet. The Metamask portfolio says that the translation Is complete but my funds never arrived! I'm trying to contact the support but none Is replying!

avoid using metamask without a ledger. Your funds can be easily stolen and compromised without you being aware which happened to me, I did not give permission nor access to any malicious website nor provide my keys/take pictures of it. You’re never safe without a ledger!

I m very happy with MetaMask , thank to MetaMask I saved my money from coinbase with which I was more than unhappy! Every transaction was very easy and quickly. I m more than happy with my MetaMask wallet !

I waited for the agent for three hours.
It's a fast site and the transfers are cheap, but if you have any problems, you've screwed up. Don't use it!

1 hour waiting for customer service then had to go on with my life. No one will ever give me back this hour and I didn’t even solve the issue. The waiting time was always mentioned to be under 10 minutes. To have the intellectual honesty to explain to your customers that you are understaffed is more respectful than making them waste their time. I understand that in the nerd nation the values are different but there must still be a degree of decency. I am sincerely embarrassed that I have money with your organization.

Do not use!!! My account with 500$ funds was emptied and I only found out almost a year later when I checked my wallet. There is no 2 factor authentication and no email or mobile notifications about transactions and help desk will just bullshit you that your secure code was not secure enough.

Downloaded this app today was very happy with how easy it was to use would highly recommended it

Both accounts were emptied within days of each other, never given seed out to a soul and had it since 2022. Now I have nothing left. Luckily it was only about £200 worth total. NEVER using again

Terrible bridge and swap experience

They don't fill anything properly. They are unable to convert a stable coin into POL (a coin with tons of liquidity) and giving a lot of BS reasons. Absolutely horrible to have money here. I will only trade on cexs from now. No wonder crypto adoption doesn't grow, with such a bad service it would be a wonder if the mass people adopted this nonsense

wow guys so many bad experience! why you cant add google authenticator on your wallet for security? so many years you are working...its for programmers, not for users...guys are you so stupid that cant add more security?

metamask the biggest crap, it asks me for a password every time but as I see does not hold the private keys password protected, as I got hacked.. I installed some software and my crypto was stolen, as the only thing I had on the computer was metamask... so if it is password protected how by installing a third party software I got my funds stolen? crypto exchange is more trustworthy than this crap wallet

Looks like you’re keen on sending spam emails to people who never asked for them, only to be surprised by a one-star review. Frankly, I’m tired of companies assuming our inboxes are fair game, as if we don’t have enough on our plates running a business and dealing with important emails. And no, the unsubscribe button isn’t enough this time. Let’s leave the spam out of it, shall we?

Terrible Experience with Crypto Unlimit on Metamask

I attempted to purchase cryptocurrency through Metamask using Crypto Unlimit, and my experience was disastrous. After successfully completing identity verification, I placed an order to buy cryptocurrency via SEPA transfer. Not being very familiar with the process, I mistakenly sent an extra 30 euros, thinking it would cover any potential fees.

Due to the incorrect amount, my order was automatically canceled. I thought my transfer would be refunded quickly, but after a week, I haven't received either the refund or any communication from Metamask. I tried contacting Crypto Unlimit multiple times, but never received a response.

Even Metamask’s support proved ineffective; after being promised a response within 24-48 hours, I’ve now waited 48 hours with no updates. I provided all the necessary information, including the transfer receipt, but I’m currently left without either my funds or cryptocurrency, and the support seems completely non-existent.

I strongly advise against using Crypto Unlimit if you're looking for a reliable and responsive service. The lack of support and communication is unacceptable.

Terrible product and absolutely terrible support. Fin is the worst.
