Great products, HORRIBLE customer service

Their products are great but their customer service is absolutely horrible.the house number on my address was missing and I called them to call fedex to add it they said they will call them the next day and it didn't happen.called a couple days later was told they will check and call me back,never got a call back and I can't pick up the order at fedex due to their contract they have with metro.

Don’t order from Metro Restyling

My mistake was, I did not read the return policies. To be fair, in this day and age, returns are so easy online I didn’t think anything of it. I ordered over $300 in wrap and it took way longer than advertised on shipping. When I did receive it, it was very cheap looking. Not like the pictures on their website. I ordered the Hex Camo and it is so ugly. I still tried to reach out to the company to see about a return or exchange and they just flat out said “no!” No actual customer service or work around. For them claiming they are the best out there, they sure do have horrible communication and customer service. This product definitely is NOT “as advertised!” My advice is, don’t waste your money or time on them.

Metro Restyling

Ordered some vinyl samples for a Memorial Day weekend project on 5/4/25. Received a tracking number and notification that the order had shipped on 5/7 but it was just a pre-shipment notification. On 5/10, the order still had not shipped, so I requested a cancellation and refund since I would not have time to view samples and order material from them to be delivered by 5/23. Customer service responded that they would get approval from cancellation from management. 4 days later, on 5/14 the samples (in an envelope) shipped via USPS With a delivery date. Denied request to cancel or refund because it was “only delayed”. If it takes two weeks just to get samples, why would anyone order actual material for a project from Metro Restyling?

No accountability for their mistakes

They emailed me 2 days after I ordered to say they didn't have it even though it was listed as in stock asking me what I wanted to do. I gave them an alternative and they tried to charge me for the change. I said I'm not paying more for my second choice after you messed up. They refused to swap still waiting on my refund

Receiving the product was a nightmare

Receiving the product was a nightmare. Shipper put signature requirement on home delivery and didn’t tell customer. Already had 2 mis deliveries because no one could be home. Customer service wont remove the signature requirement when requested. Buyer beware !!!

Not satisfied with customer service

Not satisfied with customer service. FAQ on website states turnaround time for printed vinyl is two days. Apparently it takes 3-4 days (stated during checkout according to company). I’m on day 5 and order is still unfulfilled. Order was expected to arrive Monday, but now I’m not even confident it’ll arrive by Wednesday. I was hoping to have my project done before a big trip and doesn’t look like that’ll happen. During phone call, company wouldn’t expedite shipping unless I paid another $130, which is unacceptable. Improve turnaround time for small orders or cover some of the upgraded shipping cost (especially when you’re taking longer than usual on fulfilling an order)! Also, customer service ignores customer emails (responds to some and not others).

Received 55ft of the wrong color..

Received 55ft of the wrong color... Answer from vendor is that I received what I ordered and no exchange possible. They said I should have ordered a sample... Only option is to pay crazy "restock" fees... What a shame.
I didn't expect to get something extremely accurate, but at least I expected to get a dark blue as described and not a royal blue as I received. I really feel I've spent lot of money the wrong way... I really regret my purchase.
