I had sadly left a bad review because I LOVE these. All got fixed real quick by customer service and I’m on the go for new ones again. I always wore Jockey all cotton so I was worried about the material…it’s great and as comfy as the cotton. These are just so cool.
Shady company practices!
While I did like the underwear, I cannot recommend this company or purchase from them again due to shady business practices. I ordered 5 pair of hipster panties. Within a couple of hours of purchasing, I received an email saying I had signed up for a subscription services for underwear monthly. Who buys underwear monthly??? there is no email address or phone number on their website, so you have to submit a "contact form" which I did immediately saying I must have signed up unintentionally and wishes to cancel my order and cancel any subscription. The next day, I received an email saying my order had shipped. I again submitted another "contact form" with the same information. In two days, I received another email saying how to cancel my subscription. This could have been done for me the same day I ordered without me incurring a subscription fee. This company is very shady. Do not order from any company offering a subscription!

Bad for east coast
If you live on the east coast or anywhere that isn't California you should not purchase from the company. The tracking is crap and takes well over 2 weeks. They "processed" it on day one yet it takes over 2 weeks to get to you. This is absurd.
Pricey, but WORTH it!
I'm really, really surprised at the negative reviews. Just received my first order from MeUndies and was so impressed, just made a second order. The fit, the fabric and the SOFTNESS are just outstanding. Then there is all of the fun colors and designs. I'm not one for subscriptions, I often change my mind. So, yes, to order without a subscription is a bit more pricey, but for the quality product, fit and fun, I'll keep ordering from MeUndies.

Nonexistent customer service
I submitted my default address which was out dated (my bad, I know). Realized immediately, site says if the order is younger than 1 hour you can change it. I tried within 5 minutes after ordering to change it, the chat bot tells me it’s older than 1 hour. Whatever, I try to cancel it. They say it’s ALREADY shipped (mind you it’s been less than 5 minutes) so I CANT cancel it or get a refund.
Their customer service is only prewritten chatbot prompts, meaning you can’t say anything other than “cool, ship it to the wrong place, thank you!”. This isn’t customer service, it’s a prewritten script to get you to stop bothering them.
Me Undies is one of Me Favorites
I used to wear boxers. Then I saw a Shinesty ad and tried their mens underwear with their “ball hammocks” - I bought some and washed them many times, and was hooked on ball support. So , I saw a Me Undies ad. Had to try them.
I have about six different brands of ball support underwear. Me Undies is one. So I ordered the Me Undies boxer briefs to try, with their “ball caddy” design, Fantastic. They fit snugger than Shinesty. Micro modal fabric is comfortable all year round. Washes great. They really snug up your jewels nicely. I bought the trunk version as well. Loved them so much I probably have twenty pair. I still wear Shinesty, but on any given day, I have one or the other on, and really like Me Undies fit,
Their customer service has been great, and they shipped quickly to me each time. I’m in US. I just received 4 new pairs - new colors I like, I buy them. Have laundered them dozens of times by machine. Perfect. Have used them for a little over a year now.
I have read a lot of the negative reviews here. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. My jewels have never felt more comfy. Play ball(s)!

Returns a nightmare and very costly if you are Canadian. Company signed me up to a membership. All I was doing was returning items that they sent. Returns go back to California. Because of how the USA tariffs work it cost me $60 in tariffs for a return! Plus $20 shipping. They sent me $266 in underwear that I didn't order. Told me how to return to get my money back. Cost me $80 to get back some of my money. Never again! My adult children love the product but told them to find an alternative.

My paypal had the wrong address and i noticed it immediately. I sent an email within minutes to have the problem fixed. They never responded and the order shipped anyways. They finally got back to me days later and said they cant change the address, but i can cancel. In the mean time ups charged me 16.99 four seperate times to change the address, only to be told today that they cant do it. Now I go to cancel the order and the AI on their website says they cant do it!!!! So now, near 100 dollars of product is being shipped to the wrong address and their was never a way to fix it. Absolute abysmal customer service.
Very helpful customer service
Just ordered from them for the first time, unfortunately was sent the wrong item- usually this would dock a star but customer service was SO nice and helpful, replaced it immediately and the product is very high quality, comfy, and worth the money.
Best underwear for couples
Got a first couple pair and was fantastic. Had a small mistake with the next set but contacted support and they were more than happy to help with everything!! The underwear is fantastic and have never felt uncomfortable. 10/10

I make my Order within their "deal window" on the 21s of Dec.
Get a response on the 22 at 9pm dated tomorrow as Dec 23 saying product will not be there until the 29th of Dec.
Seems a bit more then 2 days. Oh and to top it all off. I was charged for the shipping......
It went downhill
I've been a MeUndies customer for years, and it honestly feels like the company has decided to squeeze every last penny out of customers while letting everything that made them special fall apart.
First: the trunks.
They changed both the material and the cut, and it’s noticeably worse. The fabric feels cheaper, the fit is off, and the overall quality just isn’t what it used to be. These used to be my go-to because they were insanely comfortable — now they feel like a completely different (and much lower-grade) product wearing the same label.
Second: the website redesign.
Canceling or even managing your subscription has become a full-on adventure. Nothing is intuitive, everything is buried, and the whole flow feels like it was redesigned specifically to make you give up halfway. It shouldn’t be harder to cancel underwear than a gym membership.
Third: the pricing games.
Prices are through the roof, and they’re clearly inflated for non-subscribers. Even with their “50% off Christmas sale,” the final price of trunks ends up being basically the same as the subscription — because you still get hit with shipping. So it’s not a real discount; it’s just marketing gymnastics.
Overall, MeUndies feels like a company that decided to push every boundary to maximize profit at the expense of customer experience. They tightened the screws on pricing, cut corners on quality and fit, complicated cancellation, and weakened customer service. In the process, they lost the charm and loyalty that made people love the brand in the first place.
A shame, honestly. I miss the old MeUndies.

This company are absolute scam artists - they take your money, the product never arrives and then they send you around a never ending circle of AI bot “customer service”. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
Would never do business with Meundies
I placed an order with Meundies. The first order never came. I placed two orders one on the first and on the second I wasn’t told until today that they did not have what I had placed that day was out of stock so I had to reach out to them to find out that there was out of stock then on top they have no legitimate phone number for you to talk over the phone. You have to do Customer Service to a text message or email that’s about business then they telling me that accompanied that they use to ship one of our orders but that’s not a legitimate company. They review is a one because people use their own vehicles to deliver packages and they use their phone to snap a picture. Even the company themselves say that they wouldn’t recommend for people to use their company because they use random people to deliver people stuff which some people keep this stuff and don’t deliver but as me Andy supposed to be so professional, why would they use the bottom of the barrel of a delivery company who don’t have a good rating to deliver merchant to people I wouldn’t recommend them and I would never do business with them ever again. I had canceled out my credit card because I had lost my wallet and one of the banks that I had used I canceled them that was an online bank meaning I can’t reopen account that I had closed which Meundies is not trying to be understandingu, but besides that I shouldn’t have to go back-and-forth through a text message with them, but I would never do business with them ever again if you can’t speak to Customer Service over the phone that should be a big red flag the company they use is UNIUN and there is their review. The UniUni is a scam delivery service. Their drivers will mark packages delivered, take a picture, then walk away with the package and report it ``Delivered''. Avoid them. Bad customer service the company they use is UNIUN and there is their review.

Recently, they quietly phased out plus sized underwear for women with zero communication to their loyal customers, changed their website (for the worst), started sending tacky marketing emails, and the quality started going downhill. WOW! All of these terrible reviews are GARBAGE! Not exactly sure who peed in these peoples Cheerios, but good heavens lighten up people! All these do not reflect my experience at all. The quality of the items are always fantastic, and my whole underwear drawer consists of nothing else. I've only had maybe 1 or 2 issues in the past, and everytime I've reached out they've gone well above and beyond to solve the issue. (Shoutout to Shanaya for this most recent contact).

They are really bad with shipping. I ordered something on the 17th and it said it would take 3-5 business days to come in and it’s now the 30th and I still don’t have my package.
