Mezco Came Through Fast!

I ordered Red Hood and ran into an issue with my payment not going through, which was pretty frustrating. But the Mezco team handled it quickly and efficiently. They resolved the problem for me without any hassle and kept things moving fast. Really appreciate the prompt support and smooth experience once they stepped in!

They sell on pre-order then miss their release dates (sometimes by YEARS!) and feel no responsibility to update customers - WHO HAVE PAID THEM IN ADVANCE - regarding when they might reasonably expect to GET WHAT THEY'VE PAID FOR! Their customer service is SHOCKINGLY POOR - first they tried to fob me off, then gave me false information, then advised me to just get a refund when I had the temerity to ask for a date when I might expect the item I had paid for! Mezco Toyz clearly hate their customers and licensee's should think twice before attaching their name to this very shoddy company.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the status hasn’t changed from “new” even though it was a “buy now” item and according to their website, buy now items ship immediately. I emailed them and got a generic reply saying “thank you for your patience, we’ll ship asap”. Followed up a week later, same generic reply, and a third time the same. Absolute lack of respect to their clients not letting them know before the purchase is made. There is no way to contact them by phone and they are now ignoring my emails. And the product was no refundable. Horrible store, I do not recommend to anyone.

Worth the Wait – Mezco never disappoints!

I've been a huge fan of Mezco for a while now, and while their products are absolutely worth the wait, sometimes the items can take a bit longer to arrive than expected. Fortunately, my latest order came through, and when I reached out for a shipping update, the team was super helpful and let me know it would be arriving soon. I guess I got a bit lucky with this one! 😅 Overall, I'm still in love with the incredible quality and detail that Mezco delivers. Totally worth the wait every time!

Expect minimum 2 months delivery, after you pay, every time.

I've purchased 3 figures from them now, all took over 2 months to ship. So they take your money, and simply keep it, while your item "processes" for months. They only occasionally answer emails, if so expect a reply 2 weeks later, and expect a stock reply about "backed up orders" each time. No news, no dates, no explanations, no help. They might offer to refund you, which I took once, so after months you don't get your figure but maybe your money, but if you're not in the US, expect to lose money on the exchange rate on refund too. If you can avoid it, order from literally anywhere else. Ordering from China would probably ship faster. That said, their figures are great, if you ever get them. But incredibly annoying to deal with. Skip, order from BBTS.

NEVER GOT COMPLETE ORDER

I purchased TWO sets of the Batman Animated Series 5 point wave 1 with the Batmobile and 4 figures, took forever for them to ship it out, when I get it my item I only got one set, the phone number is useless there are just automated recordings that will be of NO HELP WHATSOEVER, I sent an email on January 24 and first response was 5 days after, with no followup, then wrote to them again and they claimed they would send it out ASAP on February 5th, got back to them on Feb 14 since no updates had been received, they asked for me to be patient, I waited over a month and still nothing, got back to them on March 21st, they replied on the 23rd that they were "actively working" on this, but they said they could issue a refund, so I just waited another month, on April 23 I get back to them asking for the refund since i has been over 3 months of waiting and dealing with horrible incompetent customer service, and now after 12 days no response, had to send them an email again today. This company basically makes you loose your time and money, if you ever buy from them use paypal so you can file a claim, I will have to try to file a claim with my credit card company since I have no other way of making them issue me my refund.

So disappointed

I put myself on the waiting list to get the mezco fantastic four collector's edition box set. As soon as it became available I purchased it. After a few weeks of nothing happening with my order, I emailed them to get a ballpark estimate of when I should receive my items. I received an email saying that they couldn't even give me a ballpark estimate, of when they could send me my items. Keep in mind that the item was in stock and is still in stock now. I waited almost 3 to 4 weeks before I just canceled the item. They didn't even try to work with me. They just offered to refund my money.

Not just great products—also OUTSTANDING customer service!

I’ve loved Mezco’s amazing work for years—they’re just unmatched in 1/12 scale. But I also recently discovered that their customer service is just as rare and great as everything else they do.

I had an order that had failed to process, and as a result has gotten canceled, because of a problem with my credit card; but Mezco’s outstanding customer service department recognized the issue and re-entered the order for me, making sure it got through AND that it shipped out as right away, with their first shipments, not allowing my order to go on back order. I’m going to tell you, I defy you to find such a committed group as they are to their customer’s satisfaction.

Thank you so much, Mezco! You’ve won a fan for life!!

Ordered an item over a year ago

Ordered an item over a year ago. Paid in full. I have yet to receive anything. They have batches that have come in, because retailers are getting them, but they will not ship mine. They just keep extending the supposed ship date by months at a time. No response from Customer service.

I wish I could give them no stars, for the past 3 orders I received emails saying that my payment failed, forcing me to update my information over and over again, In one case it caused my order already paid in full to fall into the waiting list with no delivery date in sight, and you can't even call their customer service the worst because it doesn't exist. If your reading this then listen to what I'm saying, "STAY AWAY FROM MEZCO" ! Yes their products look really good, but what does that matter if you never get them, you've been warned !

No customer service.

Mezco's customer service is apparently non-existent. They shipped me a figure I paid for, there was an error and it was returned to them. I cannot get a response through any of their posted avenues of contact. I guess they just stole $116 from me.

Trash customer service…

Charged me for 2 cases of Wednesday living dead dolls over 2 weeks ago. They still have yet to ship and ignore my emails. Also apparently their phones are turned off. Abominable customer service! Worst ive ever seen in my 20 years of business. I have no idea if and when i will ever receive my dolls.

Charged my credit card for the 1989…

Charged my credit card for the 1989 batman back in March and have not heard from them when it will be shipped. They kept saying it will be shipped soon and now they have stopped responding altogether. Took my money and ran.

Preordered the 1989 Batman figure and paid a NRD of $27.50. this was in March of 2021! the product was delayed. Sure i get it, supply chain delays, manufacturing delays. I deal with them too. no biggie. Then I was informed that the product was now available and my card was being charge and I was stoked! Then a notice that my card is declined because its outdated. No its not, so I send an email. No response but miraculously my card is charged! then I see that i'm charged the full amount and they did not account for the NRD. I send another email and get a short response of no, i was charged the correct amount. I sent a copy of my invoice from the initial order saying the NRD was charged. response was very fast this time with "You joined a waitlist... you weren't charged." My account says otherwise. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! never buying from again.
