Onyeka Oobidi was our dedicated conveyancer and we are very grateful for her dedication,expertise and great communication in the purchase of the flat this March.The purchase involved a lease and there were difficulties but Onyeka showed incredible expertise in this area.We were also happy with the final bill. Initially we were concerned if distance was an issue as the property was several hundred miles away from MG Legal in Garstang but everything was completely electronically very easily.

I recently used MG Legal Garstang to deal with our house sale and purchase and I am very impressed with the service I received. Onyeka kept us updated throughout and made a stressful process as straightforward as possible. Communication was exceptional I was kept informed at every step of the way. Great conveyancing service from Chloe
C and Naomi K. This was a complex remortgage and was deftly handled by MG Legal Garstang. Clear communication throughout and helped to get the mortgage over the line on the last day of the stamp duty holiday. Support provided this year chasing up land registry delays and help with remortgage. Thoroughly recommend.

I can't rate Mark and his team highly enough. I had a lip blush negligence claim and although the company who did this were not insured I received a compensation payout. Excellent communication by phone and email, I would recommend them to anyone.

Disappointed to say the least had such bad experience had to open trust pilot. MG Legal keep trying to have negative reviews removed.. contacted them for personal injury. Was told by firm I had to do a majority of the work myself I.e getting evidence & supporting letters, but when call up for more advice calls not returned & eventually talked down to & because your not happy with service & attitude told to go elsewhere & then when told will be leaving reviews told I'll be reported to the police because their malicious & vindictive?

Not very helpful dont give clear advice. Dont return calls ignored emails & texts. The way they think they can talk down to clients is disgusting..
