First move in over 25 years went really well thanks to move manager Justyna, foreman Tomasz and the team. Everything was moved carefully and efficiently. I am happy to recommend this company.

We were reassured from the outset that we were in good hands for our move from London to Norfolk. Gary came to assess the weight of our worldly goods - no relying on videos. Then we were moved over two days - first day for loading, all completed by lunchtime and the next for unloading. Two vans had become three as we had so many books! But the team worked so well together and were so patient as we were part of a chain that meant the people moved faster than the legalities. Everybody was so cheerful and worked so hard. The sunshine was good for keeping everything dry, but raised temperatures for all the lifting. We are very happy to recommend this company.

We had accumulated so much over the period of time we lived at this address. It was so daunting having to pack everything. However, the lads were so nice and polite and told us not to stress. They were super helpful in helping pack the last minute boxes. They were quick and efficient at the new place too.

Choosing MGR removals and storage was the best decision! Tomek and his team were like Three Red Ninjas, totally brilliant! Repacked some of the boxes and loaded the van with lightning speed yet always maintaing fantastic manners and discretion with added practical advices when I was seemed to be losing my bearings. Manager Justyna was always available and approachable, all queries were answered in timely manner. I couldn't imagine better team and I am wholeheartedly grateful for their help. Thank you 🙏❤️.

If you are looking for a removal company who do it all with amazingly friendly and professional service, you need to book MGR! I am so so impressed with the service we received from the first phone call, the survey and then the actual removal. The guys wet so kind and helpful and fast! Ewa was also amazing if we had any queries or worries! We were quite worried about how to pack things and what we should do and they completely sorted everything and really reassured us! They made our move so easy. They also did it with such little notice as we had to suddenly book them for the next week!

I was very impressed with the service I received. The 3 guy were amazing, Thomas, Peter and another Peter. They were really respectful of my property and every helpful, couldn’t have wished for a better service. Martin, Ewa and Justyna were also very helpful, always ready to answer and reassure me of any queries, any time. Thank you all very much.

Amazing experience once again! It was a last minute request, received quotes very quickly and movers were available 48hrs later. Ewa was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them 100%.

The entire process was exceptional. The initial assessment was professional, the call informing the removals team would at the prescribed location on time, as a matter of act they were early, and the removals team was fantastic! They gents, Lupche, Gambi, Goce, Alex, and Wojtek worked diligently and handled our "treasures" with care! Lupche was especially helpful and engaging! Responsive communication, efficient service

We have used MGR once already when we moved during lockdown, but more recently as we left London in a hurry. It was a complex move, involving two destinations (storage and a flat), without enough space to separate the content that should go whichever way. It was a long job, too as it took two days for packing, with the flat delivery on the third day. The total item count was in the hundreds!

MGR's teams were professional, punctual, and very careful with all of our items. At the time of writing we have not removed our content from storage, but we have seen the care they packing everything, and we received everything in the flat without any damage whatsoever, even to the live plants we had with us!

We recently employed MGR to help us move from a flat into house and were very impressed with their service, which made the whole process very smooth. The team, led by Tomasz and Peter, arrived very promptly on both days and were efficient, careful and thorough, ensuring they didn't mark or dirty our floors by using carpet rolls. Nothing they packed was damaged or broken and they were very patient with us on the day of the move while we waited for our new house keys. We thoroughly recommend MGR!

Efficient, helpful, good value.

I used MGR Removals for the first time to do a big house move last week. I was very nervous and anxious on how things would go as it had been a very long time that I had moved homes. The crew turned up on time and handled everything very quickly and with great care. My special thanks goes to Tomasz and Matusz and the two other crew who waited much longer than normal to complete the sale on the new property so that we could move in finally. I would also like to thank Ewa in the office who kept me updated all the time and was very helpful when I had many questions and concerns about the move. I just felt that I received the personal one to one service from MGR Removals and I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my family and friends. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to move home/office.
