Everything went smoothly - bike was shipped to Romania. As someone else mentioned, the package was opened (probably security check, or something), but everything was intact and unharmed.
It was easy to assemble, by far the best price + the personalized mug was a very pleasant surprise.

Ghosted me after the bike was damaged
I bought a bike for my son. When it came the gear shifter was damaged and it had some scratches. I wrote to MHW-bike and got a rapid reply! splendid. very kindly they offered me to cover the charges up to a certain point - which is fair.
Went to the shop, got it repaired everything is good.
BUT then MHW never returned. I wrote them 3 more times asking about the refund, when it would arrive or if they needed anything from me. No answer. Several mails and several weeks, just no answer.

No delivery and no customer service
I ordered a bike from MHW BIKE in November 2024 with a promised delivery in week 8. Shortly after placing the order, they charged my credit card, but since then, the delivery has been postponed multiple times—most recently to week 20.
I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that I can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed further, but they have now stopped responding to my messages. It is unacceptable to take payment for a product they apparently cannot deliver and then ignore customers when issues arise.
I cannot recommend shopping here if you expect reliable delivery and customor service.

Avoid This Shop – Broken Bike & Delayed Delivery!
I bought two bikes from MHW bike and this has been a complete nightmare.
One bike has a faulty Enviolo gear and has been unusable since the day I received it. It’s been over two months, and their service team keeps making me wait with no real solution.
The second bike was promised for delivery in week 12, but now they say it will be week 17. Who knows if I’ll even get it then?
This company is not trustworthy. Once they have your money, they don’t care about fixing issues or keeping their promises. If you're considering buying from them, be prepared for delays, broken products, and terrible customer service.
🚨 I regret buying from MHW bike and would NOT recommend them to anyone! 🚨
