Nice experience with seller and comparatively fast delivery.
Although box was a little damanged - bike was well-packed and pre-assembled. Brakes were perfectly adjusted, so it took only few minutes to assemble. Bike passport and manuals were in the box as well. So I'd say that I can recommend that shop

Order from Spain to MHW in Germany was effortless. Communication and progress updates of the order were clear. Bike was partially assembled and very professionally re-packed. It arrived in pristine condition with zero issues. No hesitation to order again from MHW and to recommend to others.

This was the first time I had used MHW, to buy a Cube full suss ebike so I was a little apprehensive. I needn't have worried - the bike arrived in Spain just over a week later in perfect condition. Good price, easy to order, fast delivery. Would definitely recommend

Excellent customer service from question answering to order placing. They answered all my question in a quick and easy way. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery from Germany to Spain very good (bicycle came very well protected).

Good service, easy to make the payment and they inform you about every step they take to deliver the bike to your home. Once arrived, the bike was properly protected inside the box, not a single scratch.

I will suggest to improve the assembling guide on the web, for people like me, which are not familiar with bikes, it was a bit too generic.

They have stock of bikes which are currently impossible to find in Catalonia due to stock shortage.

Overall, I will 100% recommend MHW

Sometimes a bit difficult to get them on the phone right away but the quality of their support is outstanding.

I purchased a TREK bike just 3 weeks ago from MHW and the battery stopped working. I emailed MHW but had no response. I phoned them after a few days with no response and they said they would call me back and said they had not called me earlier as they were busy... however after 4 days I still have not heard anything from them. I have instead taken the battery to my local bike shop who have sorted out the problem and arranged for the replacement battery. I shall purchase from my local bike shop in future as their customer service is far superior to MHW whose customer service appears to be non existent.

Avoid buying in this store, they do not answer to any emails or calls, they accept payment instanty and I am still waiting for my bike, bought more than 1 months ago.is really a shame.

So far, my experience with MHW has not been good. I'm giving one extra star because the correspondence is at least polite, albeit 24 hours between each response, which, given my current issue, I do find slightly lacking in professionalism. My situation is the following : two weeks ago I ordered a bike worth 2000€. The bike was delivered to the wrong address, in a different country. Upon discovering this, (from the tracking info they had sent me) I contacted MHW, upon which they acknowledged their error and proceeded to set a forwarding delivery from that wrong location to my address. Yesterday the bike arrived in my country, to a depot in the nearest city. This morning I checked the tracking and it had been sent back to the country from where it came. I wrote immediately this morning to MHW asking for information on what is happening. I have not yet had a reply. I called the contact number they have on their website, at 14.55 today, and I got no answer. I called again and got an automated response, which, after a few seconds hung up on me. They have my 2000€, I have yet no bike, and I struggle to get reliable correspondence with them. This is not a good consumer experience, and if I had known the service would be as it has been for me, I would not have made the purchase with them. I will update this review as my case moves forward.

Bought a bike and paid for it, then i get a mail saying its out of stock, they offer me another bike wich i dont want, so i ask for my money back then they stop responding on my mails, so now im -1000€, thx alot...

Increadibly horrible. I was talking to them on several mails to buy two bikes on the frame L. They sent me only one and on the frame M and it arrive 10 days late because thay wrote my address wrong.
I extreamly dont recomend to buy here, you dont know what you will receive.

From order to delivery, form Germany to Portugal, it took 7 days, including a weekend. With a fast assembly, the bike was ready for trails.
