Unfortunately, the shelves did not meet our expectations.

I would like to highlight that the customer service team responded promptly to my email and immediately offered a replacement after I reported the issue and shared photos. Following a phone conversation with the company, I was informed that the problem might have been caused by the wall anchors used and that the replacement shelves had been inspected before shipment. Based on this information, we agreed to proceed with the exchange.

Unfortunately, after installing the replacement shelves and using the recommended wall anchors, the issue remained exactly the same. In my opinion, the problem is not related to the installation method but to the internal structure of the shelves themselves. This was already mentioned in my initial email. The internal core appears to be too lightweight to adequately support the shelf, resulting in noticeable bending and an unsatisfactory final appearance.
While I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of the customer service team, the replacement did not resolve the original issue, and therefore I cannot recommend this product.

The item came very quick and looks like shown on website. I am just just fighting to get the smell out of it. Very chemical :(

Very poor service.

I purchased 3 pieces of furniture with delivery.
- Was informed the delivery was taking place 14-16.
- Was contacted 1415 informing the delivery was delayed until 17. No harm done.
- One delivery guy arrives at my house at 16, not aware the delivery is delayed.
- We together try to contact MiaMöbel as well as the driver. No one answers for hours.
- At around 20 we get hold of the driver. He didn’t speak German or English so we couldn’t get a time he arrived or if he was arriving at all. However, shortly after, he did arrive.
- Since I was not able to work a big part of the day I had to take 0,5 holidays because of this.
- I explained directly to MiaMöbel that I didn’t want to pay for the delivery since I had to sit at my house with an unknown person for more than 4 hours without any communication from them, and as this had already costed me 0,5 days of work.
- They agreed to this and offered me a free product of charge as apology. All good.
- A month later I receive a call from MiaMöbel asking me to pay the delivery invoice. They asked me to meet halfway and pay at least 50% of the invoice.
- I contact the same person I was in contact with before who has now changed their mind and telling me to pay the invoice in full.
- I provide our communication history but this person disregards it completely avoiding to admit any mistake on their side and asks me to pay 100% of the service.
