Beware buyers this company does not make their clothing in the United States. The dress I ordered took over 3 weeks to get and when I received it the carrier delivered it in the alley next to my garage, in all the years I’ve been in my house I’ve never had anyone deliver in my alley. I have a front door. On top of that, the waiting and then the opening, very disappointing. The dress looks like plastic. I will never order from this company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

False advertising. Mia Belle sent me a text stating a dress I liked the price was lower. I started shopping, when I went to checkout. The prices had changed. Some double or triple what they were when I put them in my cart.

If I could give a 0 review I would ..While the dress was beautiful it was too small. I requested to return and it took several days to receive a reply . They did send me a shipping label, I wasn’t able to print . Once I was able to print the return label I shipped it back. Again once they received the merchandise back it took several days for a reply . Once I did receive an email, I was informed the return policy is 14 days, I was not aware of that. They did not inform me when I requested to return . So they informed me I would not receive a return nor credit. They would dispose of the item or would ship back if I sent them a return label. Needless to say I’m out of over 80 dollars, I WILL NEVER purchase another item from this company! So much for customer service!

This company is not customer oriented. They refused to refund a dress that was patched together incorrectly. One sleeve was shorter than the other and missing trim. The hem was uneven and the dress fit too short for my average sized daughters to wear. They claimed we had dry food on it (daughters never wore) and that they didn’t see the sleeve or hem issues and blamed me. I sent an email complaining about the issues before I ever sent it back. They ghosted me and never gave back my money. Quality is horrible. Customer service horrible.

I ordered a few swim suits and accessories for my 2 nieces and I was so pleased with how quickly everything shipped! The quality is even better than I expected! My nieces are going to love everything!

We’ve had a number of gorgeous pieces from Mia Belle Baby and they’re always so perfect. I love the matching clothing for parents and kids. As well as the gorgeous seasonal wear for our little ones. They’re brilliant quality and a brand I can rely on.

They had me at 5 day shipping. 😍 LOVE each and every one of the outfits we got from our order. Not only are they cute, but really nice fabrics and good quality. Absolutely loved watching my daughters face light up as we opened everything. Especially the mystery boxes! She always has a little extra twinkle in her eyes when wearing Mia Belle Girls.

I had mixed feelings about my order. While the design was adorable, the sizing was a bit off. Customer service was responsive but took a while to resolve the issue. Overall, it’s okay.

ordered 3 pairs of Christmas pajamas in October. On dec 20 a package arrived wirh 1 pair. No explanation. I contacted mia belle immediately through email- they have no customer service. I have been getting the run around for a month. They say it's my fault, then it was ups fault for losing the package. It is their fault for charging for the 3 pajamas in ordered and only sending 1 pair. I want a refund for $68 for items I did not receive.

The outfits are cute, but shipping took longer than expected. The quality is decent, but not quite as premium as the pictures suggest. My daughter loved her dress, but I wish the stitching was a bit better

Did a big order when I received it one of the dresses was broken that was on sale. I emailed promptly to let them know that it had arrived broken. Two weeks didn’t hear back so I reached out to their Facebook.. She let me know that it was on sale and cannot be returned. I let her know i wouldn’t want to exchange it but it’s broken and unusable. Disappointing I won’t be shopping again over the poor service.

The clothes I received were nice. However, half of my order was missing. It has been over a month and I am still trying to get this resolved. Emailing customer service doesn't do anything. The only way I have been able to talk to anyone there is via Facebook messages and that has been less than helpful. The pjs I did receive were not nice enough for the hassle and I am still out over $50 for the missing items.

I ordered a dress in October and returned it according to their return policy. I never heard from them so reached out a few weeks later. Long story short, I still do not have my store credit or refund. They said they emailed me a store credit which I never received. Yes, I checked spam and junk. They said they would reach out to those in charge again. I have asked for a phone number to speak to a human and never received it. So in a nutshell, they have my money and the dress. Buyer beware!

We absolutely LOVE Mia Belle Girls clothing! My 4 year old is obsessed with all the outfits!!

Cute clothes, but terrible customer service. I received an item that was damaged. I immediately filed a return and requested a replacement pair. I have sent mutiple emails over the course of a week to check on the status, and never get a response. They have no phone number to call and only redirect you to email them. They never respond to emails.

Worst company ever and they seemed legit, will be calling bank tomorrow to get a provisional credit. Cute clothes but will never know how cute since my order never shipped out. Pretty bad when Shein is better than Mia Belle about getting products to customers.
Update: still nothing!! And it’s Christmas Eve!!

I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt and pajamas from Mia Belle Girls in October. It is now 12/17 and I still have not received either item. I was emailed a tracking number at the first of December but it still shows the package is waiting to be shipped. I have emailed the company, and attempted to contact them twice through social media platforms with no response. I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not do business with this company! They will just take your money.

2 different orders placed WEEKS AGO. First order arrived with the incorrect items. Second order is lost it seems, tracking number “unknown” and “not found.” Reached out to customer service email with no real response. The customer service responded with the tracking number of the second order, completely ignoring the fact that my first order arrived with incorrect items. Not even the same sizes that I need. This was a gift and is embarrassing. Worst company, worst customer service. Avoid at all cost.

My twins girls were gifted with this brand of clothes and I am really surprse about the quality!! Clothes are amazing and very girly.!! I can't wait for my girls to get some more from this brand! I will be using discount codes!!
