This company has the cutest little girl clothes. I like how it’s great material and durable. The outfits are cute for holidays, special occasions, or just everyday.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Website is a scam! Things advertised as “ships next day” will never ship and they claim “oh sorry it’s currently being made overseas” and then no response after that.

Wonderful little company, with the most gorgeous children's clothes. My daughter is fussy with clothing but Mia Belle Baby has something for everyone. Definitely worth having a look!

The Better Business Bureau has received hundreds of complaints about this company. They say their shipping partner facility never gets the merchandise to USPS. You never get the order and the company never answers your requests for information and help with the purchase. Exactly what happened to me.

Sent wrong item. Telephoned multiple times. Company promised to send correct item immediately. Then said the item was no longer available. It is still listed on website.

I ordered an item over three weeks ago, have reached out to the company several times with no response. I requested items be cancelled as they have not responded nor shipped any items and they will not allow for items to be canceled or return payment. Please be aware that the company does not have a means of communication nor do they respond back. Please also be aware the company will refuse to issue refunds. I am very disappointed and will never order from this company again.

All the outfits I order for my daughter are beautiful, fast shipping and true size

I ordered an outfit for my daughter to wear when she took pictures. Must of the order came promptly . I am still waiting for the boots it has been 3 weeks since I ordered . When I placed the order I sent a message and asked how long would it be from order to delivery, they responded with 6 days. Well it has been 15 days now and I have sent emails no response at all. The boots cost 65 dollars and I did t get them for her pictures so I want my money back . But moons will respond this was my last option.

Total scam don’t order anything.

The styles are unique and absolutely adorable. The quality is durable, with no shrinking, fading, or falling apart. Ordering, returns, and exchanges are reliable and never complicated.

Great quality and great prices. And so many options no matter what occasion you are shopping for. We have used these outfits for pageants to going to the pool/beach. We actually won swim wear in one we purchased a year ago.

Love these clothes! It’s easy to put on my kids ages 2,4,6. I always find comfy clothes my kids love to wear!

I made a purchase on September 30th, and according to the website, it should have been shipped on October 11th. I’ve sent several emails to customer care, but I haven’t received a response. Where is my order?

Update: The boots finally arrived. I still would not purchase from this company based on the shipping and customer service experience I received.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a pair of boots 9/10 for my granddaughter. My confirmation email said my item would be delivered by 10/9. To date, item is still not delivered and the tracking number the company sends is no good. They can’t tell me where the item is nor when it will get here. DO NOT purchase from this company.

The customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about where and when my order would be delivered.
Mia Belle Baby has trendy clothes for our little ones. The clothing quality is excellent.

I said I was going to give this company one more chance to communicate but after reading the other recent reviews I see the urgency in letting future customers know that may experience difficulty in recieving merchandise or getting your money back from Mia Belle. As others have mentioned, I also placed an order almost month ago with ZERO COMMUNICATION that there was going to be delays in shipping. When I reached out a week ago to the customer service contact to let them know I haven't received my order or any info concerning my order, it did warn me that due to a "high volume of emails" it was going to take 2 to 3 days for the company to respond. It has been almost a week since I sent the first email and still ZERO RESPONSE! This morning I received notification that 2 of my 4 pieces have finally shipped but the tracking doesn't work at all - even to say label created. I will try it again later but it feels like someone finally stumbled upon one of emails and just said oops my bad I better get on this order. I repeat still no response to apologize and assure me that I will get my order or be refunded. I see a company that can't handle what they have been handed in orders or maybe they just don't care. I am really worried I will NOT see the merchandise or my money back so PLEASE research carefully before ordering from this company especially if you are spending substantial money. When several reviews complain of the same practice from a company that suggest there is definitely a problem.

As with others I am seeing on this board, I placed an order for a Halloween costume over a month ago and am seeing no information on tracking- we received an accessory, but the dress itself is “unknown”. At $70 I would have expected much better. Hoping they can make it right asap so I don’t have to make other costume plans.
Update- after submitting this review my dress was shipped; however it was not as advertised. It was intended to be a halter with a sash and flowers at the top of the dress; the dress delivered was a tube top with the sash detached. Upon initiating my return, I was notified I would only be eligible for store credit, and couldn’t get a refund. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the false advertising of this company- feels like a money grab.

I only shop from here only because it is great quality clothing that has lost my daughter through years. This wasn’t my first purchase, but I believe this was one of the purchases that I got for December for her photo shoot that got put on the front of a magazine. I truly believe That if you get quality clothing that you should pay not outrageous prices and that’s what’s best about this site is that they have so many discounts and these clothes last for at least two seasons highly recommend the clothing here. I’ve never gone wrong and got nothing but compliments.
