I have bought a ton of clothes from Mia Belle Girls-super cute, unique, great price point and quality. My daughter always stands out when she wears an outfit from this company. All of their clothes are very age appropriate and glamorous.

My daughter is ALWAYS asking for us to match. So I came across Mia Belle Baby and couldn’t be happier at how cute the options are! Not only do we look adorable but it made my little smile!

Wow amazing brand

Have been eyeing their cute clothes for a while now and finally decided to take the plunge and buy a Halloween costume plus some cute outfits for my daughter. Everything has arrived and is such great quality, exactly as pictured. I also got a mystery box and loved every item.

DO NOT SHOP THE WITH THIS COMPANY! WORST EXPERIENCE! I ordered a costume on 9/5 which was supposed to arrive 10/4. I had checked the tracking and had seen no progress so I emailed the company. Several times because I had gotten no response. I even found a phone number. I tried that as well and left a message again several times because I had gotten no response. I finally sent a message on Instagram where I actually received a response. The response however was I would not be receiving the costume until Halloween. A costume I ordered in the beginning of September and was supposed to receive by October 4. They seem very laxed days ago about the lack of customer service, and the fact that there was a delivery date for the beginning of October. I stress the fact that this would not work because my daughter’s first Halloween party is October 12. They really could care less and one size started questioning why I was not receiving it by the date specified on the order they stopped responding to me. I finally received an email again, very lax of days ago and on caring about the fact that a seven-year-old was excited about this costume and now would not be receiving it in time. Their commentary of rest assured you’ll get it by Halloween. And can I help you with anything else. Why you haven’t helped me with anything to begin with since I was promised a date and now you’re talking about basically a month later. I asked for a full refund and now I have not received any type of response. They have ruined my daughters Halloween.

I ordered a matching outfit for me and my daughter. I saw on their website it said free returns. I received the goods. I did not like the way it fit on me or my daughter. I started the return process, they sent me a label. Great. I put it in the bag and sent it on its way. A few days later, I went to track the package and it says they received the goods. I emailed them asking when will I be getting a refund on my credit card. NO RESPONSE. I then decided to check the status on the website.. I logged in and it says "ineligible for a refund" I just called my credit card company - it is now in a dispute. I will not be paying them. This seems like a SCAM. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Cheap clothes from China. First and last time I purchase, way too expensive for what I got something that looks like I made myself with a $5 walmart blanket.

I recently had a wonderful experience shopping on this website! It's super easy to navigate. They have an amazing selection of adorable and high-quality baby items. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more.

Mia Belle baby has great quality outfits. I love the matching sets for baby sis, big sis, & mom! We can all match while looking great and being comfy. I've finally found a brand that we all love!

They have cheaply made clothes that are overcharged. I spent over $300 on their clothes, the most of them was not worth their price. I sent them back, they received is on Sept 6th, today is Sept 14th. I have not received my refund on four items.

I ordered dress and hat for a pagaent.

We recieved the dress, poorly packaged, It had a stain on shirt but was able to get it out, it looked like make up so I assume it was a return.

I don't have time to return for exchange so I dealt with it.

The hat, an actual important part of the outfit for us, was no where in package. I emailed about the hat, which on the site, stated pending shipping, (I purchased these items 11 days ago, we need them for this Friday).

I sent an email saying I didn't recieve the hat and I wanted a refund because I now had to go looking for another, and could not use this one any longer. I also noted that at no time was anything communited with me about a delay or well anything really.

They responded the following day, today, with "it's in the shipping stages so I can't do anything about it, accept the package and ask for a refund", mind you, they don't accept refunds on hats.

I saw the shipping update was made right after they sent the email, and it said the shipping label had been created and was pending pick up.

I called THEIR local post office, who explained that the shipper has the package and that it would update immediately once they had it.

I wrote her back and explained what I learned, and that I would be four hours away when it arrived, again, we would no longer need it. I also asked why they had shipped it when I already stated that it would arrive too late, that I already stated I wanted a refund, and I would not be anywhere to accept that package.

I also asked why they shipped it before asking me about making their mistake right by overnighting the package, which I would have found acceptable.

Their customer service is HORRENDOUS. The dress is cute but again, arrived stained by someone's possible foundation, concealer or something.

As someone who spends a LOT on this type of clothing for kids, they lost a LOT of business by lying, not communicating, and having over all bad business practices.

I have yet to get a response from the email I sent that stated that i called the post office, and still right this second, they still have the package in their possession.

I assume they are waiting to respond after post office picks it up so they can be like oops!

But thats ok,that's exactly the reason i record all of my calls and do business in writing.

Do NOT trust them with any event you need clothes for. Expect to pay full price for possibly second hand clothes, and expect poor business practices across the board.

In this day and age it is way too easy to find a business that does exactly what you do. How you treat your customer is how you succeed.

What is crazy is they still have not responded to my email ( today is 09/07 email was sent 09/03/24), and now are denying I even ordered... my order number is L38392

What's crazier is that this situation isn't unique enough to stand out to them as an issue that they have recently dealt with!

Also, even though my name is spelled right here before them, they still cannot manage to spell it correctly. Maybe lack of attention to detail is a problem for them ass well.

After they LIED and said it was already shipped, USPS STILL doesn't have the package, today, 4 days later, tomorrow is Sunday...also they have offered no refund, reconciliation, or communication.

I am contacting the attorney general and BBB regarding this business.

I stumbled up on Mia Bella baby website and hasn’t stop ordering from them.I have twin girls and they love to put the shoes on from Mia Belle verses any other shoes in the closet. Best shoes ever!

Truly, the most kind, special and attentive customer service I have ever experienced! My costumes came just as shown on the website, even better than expected… I highly recommend anyone to use them for all of their items and products. I wish I could give more than five stars.

I have a few of the shirt/shorts combos. Very nice quality. I love the tropical shirt prints and the fabric is soft and cool in hot weather. Highly recommend!

Mia Belle has the best and cutest little girl clothes. I love shopping for my granddaughter on their site. Always lots of sales, and discount codes available on their website. Their customer service is AWESOME!!! And returns are super easy and they give a free return label if an outfit doesn't fit right!!! I will continue to recommend Mia Belle to all my friends and family. Lifelong Mia Belle customer!

Update 8/23/24: Customer support responded by email immediately to my negative review below, and issued a new gift card with some extra to make it right. Appreciate the positive response. Still no explanation as to why original credits didn't work, or why it takes so long for response to email inquiries. Their prices are very low, but due to the extremely slow shipping from overseas and very slow customer support, not likely to buy from them again.

I have $150+ of Mia Belle Girls gift cards issued last year expiring in just two weeks, and when I went to use them on the website on Aug 17th, 2024, it says "Enter a valid discount code or gift card". They do not work! I emailed cs at miabellebaby.com on Aug 17th, 2024 and still have not received any response as of Aug 22, 2024. The phone number listed on the Facebook page is out of service, and there is no phone number or chat on the website. I only have the gift cards because the orders didn't arrive on time last year, and I had to return the items. Mia Belle Girls is nothing but a scam because they have issued me invalid gift cards and do not respond to emails.

Most up to date! I finally received good customer service. The representative that helped me made sure I was able to process my return and did refund me the correct amount. She also confirmed that they sent the original return label to an incorrect email address so my original representative just did not type in the email correct.

That being said- we received the new boots. My daughter wore them twice and the sole completely detached from the boot!! After all of this- their quality of the product is horrible. I have never experienced this before. Overall horrible experience.

Buyer beware - not worth the hassle.

Update to my review as I can no longer respond to their comments. The return label that they sent through was for a pair of boots that I had not even purchased yet when I made my return request. So, not only did they flag my review as defamatory to get it removed, they then made false comments. They did indeed email me over this return label but it was for the wrong boots! It was not my latest order, as they can see by all of the information I have had to fill out. Extremely horrible customer service. I will not be doing business with this company again. So extremely disappointed. Also, buyer beware! It states that they may decide to give me a store credit instead of refunding my money. Which is also infuriating, as these are unworn and I have been trying to return them since July! Yet, still not the correct shipping label. I will update if I ever get the correct label and how they refunded me.

The item I ordered was too small so I wanted to exchange it but they only allowed returns. I submitted the return and they have not sent me the return label after 3 weeks. I keep asking and they said they have sent it but it is not in my inbox or junk folder. They are now not answering my messages. I have already ordered the new size for this item so it is not like I am not giving them business. I have requested this several times and “Renee” just says that it was sent and confirms my email but I have not received it.
