The staff at MiaDonna are extremely helpful and really go above and beyond for their customers. I got my wife a 1c. diamond necklace, and her beautiful engagement ring previously, and she loved them both. Their hybrid and lab grown diamonds are incredible. It's impossible to tell the difference between these and the any diamonds you'd get from other jewelers. If you want a quality ethical diamond, MiaDonna is the perfect option.

I was disappointed in email response time. Towards the end of the process I asked questions about the status of my ring sizing and the inability to get a ship date was placed on the casting department not being responsive. Customers don’t need to know where the slack is, just find the answer and respond.

There also seemed to be an issue with details in the billing process. Before sending an invoice to a customer, who will scrutinize for errors, take a breath and double check.

When the shipping took a little long I emailed and they responded right away and got my ring to me in the time frame I needed it. I love my new 10 year anniversary upgrade. It’s a diamond hybrid and I’ve only had it a week so hopefully it stands up to daily wear.
