In the process of selling my home with Michael Poole Ingelby Barwick and have no complaints so far! Jack has been very helpful and has kept me updated all the way through everything, even managed to get my offer up to the amount i wanted without me having to intervene! :)

Jack Johnson has been brilliant from the moment I first spoke to him about the house. From helping us through the offer being accepted to supporting us with the ongoing process, he’s been constantly on the ball and always keeping things moving. He’s been great at chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and making the whole process feel much less stressful. Really appreciate all his help so far and would definitely recommend him.

Renting through Michael Poole has been a great experience, and the service provided has been excellent. In particular, Aiden Lech-Allen was professional throughout the whole process of showing me around the property. He kept in regular contact, was friendly and easy to speak to, and made me feel completely at ease. He answered all of my questions about renting and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend both Michael Poole and Aiden to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience.

Helen has been extremely helpful, even my silly questions were answered with professionalism. It’s stressful buying and selling at the same time but if I need any advice Helen has been very supportive.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years and this has been the worst experience ever. Rude, ignorant and unprofessional, particularly Helen. Made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Kirby was the only person who was any help. On top of this the property was miss advertised. It said recent re wire. As it turns out is was 11 years ago. Avoid this company at all costs!

If you want an Estate agent that cares about your house sale, then Michael Poole Billingham office is the company to use. From start to finish we were informed, updated of every progression and the staff are so very easy to work with. Every staff member is polite, friendly and more than happy to discuss any questions you may have. After a great experience of Matthew valuing our property, Debbie and Emily went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and helpful sale progression. Another great thing was the ease of contacting them to discuss anything. Even if a message was left, if they were busy, they responded quickly. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to any prospective sellers, as we were extremely happy throughout.

Debbie was fantastic, from start to finish, excellent Communication, I would highly recommend, an asset to Michael Poole.

Excellent level of customer service and attention to detail by Michael Poole staff across the board, with special mention to Sophie Critchley who very efficiently dealt with an offer on my property, and also many thanks to Kirby, Isabel, and Emma in the Redcar Office, not forgetting Chris with his wonderful photos and detailed property description. My property had been languishing on the list of another Agent for 7 months but the staff at Michael Poole sold it in a matter of hours. Thank you !

We viewed and purchased a house through Michael Poole in Nunthorpe. Having viewed many houses and dealt with different Estate Agents Michael Poole were by far the best. Tracy was exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with someone who was very experienced, knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful and went above and beyond to make the process go through quickly and smoothly. I can’t praise Tracy highly enough. Would highly recommend using the team at Michael Poole Nunthorpe.
