I just got my first box and WOW! How did they know? Absolutely loved it. Must have another!

They don't even deserve one star tbh. The site shut down a month after they took my money, they claim they were hacked but yet all socials were still up and then they slowly dissappear. I've been waiting along with other over a year for my box, luckily it was cheaper box but they are vile humans!

They went out of business in January 2022. Pulled down their website, Facebook page and Instagram.
Some customers still seem to think they are in operation and are waiting for goods paid for.
Anyone who is should be applying to their bank for a chargeback to recover money. Complaints have been lodged with authorities in Florida.

I have been waiting almost a year for my box. My daughter unfortunately got a monthly subscription and still hasn't received them.
And like others mentioned they don’t return emails.
Just wondering if there is enough people that this would be considered internet fraud?

I ordered three boxes which totaled $300.00 in May 2021 !!! This so called company are nothing but low life thieves. If I could give a negative star rating it would be negative five stars for sure. Absolutely worst experience ever.

Mickeyloot.com does not even deserve one star. They are crooks! Do not order from them. Their website was hacked in January 2022 so you can't even see your order status. When you email or call them you get absolutely no response.

Do not buy from this company. You will spend your money on a box and wait months and not just a couple months I mean months and months to receive the box that you ordered. When you get a customer service response it is all excuses, we were moving we have problems with our shipping we couldn't get products and so on and so on. But then when you get your box there is not a product in there that would have had to have waited on cuz it's in the Parks or in character Warehouse already the company owner has bullied several different people customers he has gone on several lives and ranted about how his poor family is suffering because of how we treat them yet he is the only one that's barking about how horrible his customers are. My thoughts are there's one common denominator and everyone's bad experiences with this company in the common denominator is Mickey loot there are several Mickey loot bad reviews on YouTube do the research yourself you'll find out.

Mickey loot used to be a really good company A,'but now it's just full of crap I ordered a Christmas Box for $150 in July and just got it in January and it had a whole bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with Christmas it looks like they put a bunch of stuff in box and send it to I'm so mad and disappointed this box company has gone and I will never order from them

Ordered a box in August and one is September equalling around £170.
Still not received them. I have emailed multiple times to get an update and have not received a response. Emailed again requesting a refund as it is a lot of money to spend to get nothing and still not received a response. Now had to raise it through my bank to get my money back.
Waste of time and money. Totally unprofessional company. The reviews I saw before purchasing were good but since then everyone seems to be disappointed and not received anything

This company use to be good. I ordered many boxes and received many good items. Then sometime in the summer or fall something changed. I had ordered boxes before and they always took 2 or 3 months to arrive. On June 2 and 19th I ordered boxes and then a final one on July 21. They had always taken some time to deliver and were always active on social media so I hadn't thought much about it. In December I still hadn't heard anything so I message them and was told my boxes should be sent out that week. Nothing was sent so I messaged again and was told the next day or 2. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received anything so I messaged again and was told that my previous boxes were worth more than what I paid so I should be happy with what I got. At this point I started watching youtube videos and was shocked that even the people who were receiving merchandise they had paid for were getting broken items and items that were not worth the value they had paid. When I tried to warn others of what Mickeyloot had said to me they blocked me from all their social media. They have stolen $375 dollars from me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately, I didn't look up reviews before I ordered. I placed an order for a Christmas themed box in October. In November the status was curating, which is still the status, after Christmas has come and gone. I contacted the company multiple times to ask for an update and then to eventually ask for a refund which I noticed they apparently don't give. But I haven't heard anything. On Facebook they replied to someone asking about Christmas boxes and they said those would arrive before Christmas. I have yet to receive it or any kind of communication. It's very unprofessional to not reply to customer emails when their site states anyone with questions or concerns should email them.

I am speaking out on behalf of customers that have been treated horribly by this company. They have scammed so many people out of their hard earned money. They either don’t send out boxes people have paid for or they send out totally random things not pretend to the box’s theme. They also horribly ship things. It’s like they could care less if the items come broken or damaged. They also don’t respond to customers and if they do they gaslight them. This is an awful company to support and no one should be giving them their money. No matter what false promises they make or how they try to make themselves look good by sending Youtubers good boxes.

The guy that runs this company is very unprofessional and rude. He never responds to emails sent about items ordered and the boxes ordered take 6 months to ship.

Don’t waste your money or time with Mickey Loot.
I’ve placed 2 orders with them:
the first one took about 5 months to get shipped and they sent me the wrong tshirt size, after I pointed that out they said I never mentioned the size. Showed them a screenshot of their confirmation on the size and they had nothing but excuses. I didn’t get the right size and they did refund me for the tshirt either.
The second order was placed 5 months ago and it still hasn’t shipped, contacted them for a refund and they said it was shipping that week, two weeks later still nothing.
Asked for my money back and now they won’t reply to my emails.

On top of that they are very rude and unprofessional when it comes to customer service.

Ordered a box in October hasn’t even shipped at the end of November. People haven’t gotten boxes from 6 months ago this is a big scam. Use Walt life they ship with in the week you order. This place needs to be shut down!!

Mickey Loot is not a worth while company. They take 3-6 months to deliver a subscription box. They make a million trillion excuses about why it takes so long... even to send a box with FEW items in it. They told me my box would be shipping tomorrow or the next day and it came 6 weeks later. I was moving and requested a change of address for shipping. they couldn't do that. The owner gets ANGRY whenever anyone asks about where is their product they paid for months ago. He has bullied his clients on social media. Please do not support them

This Disney community is full of a bunch of karen's that wine and complain about everything. Watch the videos on you tube and you will see. I can hardly make it through most of them. My family have received several boxes and they are fantastic every time. They Moved earlier this year and it made them behind but they are working to bring that back in line and we love it despite the wait. Don't listen to these nuts, in fact maybe do, that way we can have this gem of a company all to ourselves.

sigh. wish we had listened to the poor reviews before paying for 4 boxes we still haven't received. over 8 weeks and still waiting an not know if we will get the boxes. so disappointing

I was very excited when I first heard about Mickey Loot and then their sister company Potter Loot. I quickly ordered several boxes with various different themes I was interested in. Their website said the boxes would be shipped in 3-4 weeks and I was very excited to receive them. I filled out the preferences in as much detail as I possibly could and then I waited and waited and waited and then ten weeks later I began to question what was going on with my boxes. The responses I got were nothing short of rudeness being told things like if I looked for a refund I’d be banned, that the boxes would only ship if I stopped asking about them. 2 out of 8 boxes I ordered were shipped and of the 7 items I got between the two boxes only 1 matched my preferences! Any time I asked about the other boxes I was told they’ll ship next week but next week never came and in July one of the Mickey loot team went online and did a live video calling customers who had asked for accountability for the late boxes bullies and suggested that these people shouldn’t have their jobs?!! After this I got refunds for the remaining Mickey loot boxes I was waiting on. The Potter Loot box had been marked as shipped but I never received this either. I ordered a 40 dollar box and the customs office told me there was a 150 dollar Disney subscription box that I didn’t order waiting for a 40 dollar customs fee to be paid on it. Naturally as I didn’t order it I declined the customs charge! Mickey loot were no help in sorting this issue and to date I’m still struggling to keep a refund for this box! Terrible service!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a monthly box 4 months ago and still have yet to receive it. In total I have 5 boxes I have paid for that the company has not shipped. Their website says from date of order to shipping is 3-4 weeks. Its been 4 months. They have ignored all forms of contact, if you reach out through their social media you are attacked by others and blocked. They delete all bad reviews or report them. They are simply not worth the time or money spent
