I have purchased from them a lot and never had any issues with shipping, nor with returning the items I didn't like. It's second hand clothing, so of course you might find some pieces that don't look so good, but you do find some that look 100 %, too. With the shipping price and the possibility of returning the clothes, I say it's worth it, and they are trustworthy.
Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed. I urge you to NOT order from them!
I only discovered this site a couple of months ago & was initially excited by their prices.
However, the rot soon set in. Some of the clothes are seconds with faults. Some of the clothing is very wrongly sized. Some of the clothes were a bit smelly.
Returning goods is problematic as my printer has died and there are no accessible public ones close to my home, so I asked for the Spanish address but, despite several requests are refusing to assist me with the high postage costs. I thought they could have simply posted me the required labels.
The website is poor and the clothes need a little more description.
Customer service is shocking, the staff are brusque and dismissive which is offensive, surprising and uncalled for.
I am so very disappointed with this company, they have lots of potential, the operation simply needs reviewing and refining as people love a bargain.
In conclusion - a rough diamond with an attitude problem.
Would not recommend.
I LOVE this website! 💕 I have made 3 Big orders so far, and all have arrived 5-6 days later (I live in Scotland). Some items may have slight marks, (which is reflected in the price and after a wash and iron look great) but the majority is as good as new and some items are new with tags. I was worried as there were no reviews so I contacted micolet, who got back in touch very quickly to ease my mind! I recommend this website to all women who love shopping at cheap prices and to grab some unique items! I will continue to order from them! I am so pleased with everything 😁
