Microsoft products have become…

Microsoft products have become frustrating to use lately. Updates are released very often, and many of them feel buggy or unfinished. After updates, something regularly breaks or changes for the worse, which interrupts work instead of improving it.

I wasted 5 hours with no resolution

I wasted 5 hours today trying to get ahold of a human to solve my account lockout issue. Had to use CGPT to find the phone number (it is hidden like the holy grail) & when I called it I got a recording telling me to use the website….which I tried/failed…hence why I need to speak with someone. When I finally did get a human (by spamming the chat bot with “live agent” as a reply to every prompt for 15 minutes) he told me to fill out the form that I already filled out….

On top of that…for a tech giant, the AI customer service is literally the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s should be called “Artificial Moron”. Way to showcase your bunk technology.

All because I just wanted to log into my Xbox & play Skyrim. I recently lost my passport & replacing that was far easier than logging into a gaming console!!!!

Most likely will never buy a MS product again. You just made a PS customer.

I paid for the new Microsoft platform…

I paid for the new Microsoft platform with AI Co Pilot and its just terrible. You spend allot of time trying to create presentations and at the end of it all you can never get a downloadable file, link or usable product to further edit or use for production. AI is always apologizing and misleading you to know where. Co Pilot is not close to being ready for public use, but the company uses it to sell subscriptions. I would not recommend this product as its just not ready and there is no customer support,

Just switch to Linux i guess

I installed windows on my full high end Asus Rog gaming PC (it was 17 grand) and as you can guess from the stars... It was bad. I could'nt install Windows 11 on my pc, because it would spit out an error when i tried to do so. After SIX HOURS i finally got into the oobe setup experience. Then i couldn't use my mouse NOR keyboard, and i had to troubleshoot THAT for half a hour, then i installed Steam and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (goty btw) just... DIDN'T WORK?!! Wtf are we doing Microslop???

I am a business and have not had access for 4 days

I am a business and have not had access to my 365 admin center nor anything connected. I had to go through the sales department and told that the engineer had my request on Monday. Today is Thursday. Someone finally called me on Wednesday saying he was going to call me today, Praveen told me on Wednesday that 6-12 hours was needed and I would get a call today, Thursday 2.12.2026. Guess what???? it is pass 26 hours and I can't reach anyone nor are they answering. I am so disappointed considering I was considering having my app on this platform for future business. They SUCK. Worse company ever. Oh by the way...don't believe they are open 24/7!! Totally a lie and they will have you going around in loops and the numbers send you to the exact same place looping you over and over again. So disappointed!

Lack help on the account recovery…

Lack help on the account recovery process. They have all the information they needed yet to the best of my nice wording they lack capacity to put everything together.

In overview this is a somewhat good company that is massively "trying" to improve in one or more departments but lacks to show results.

This Company is Getting Worse

I bought a new computer with Windows 11 and Microsoft made it almost impossible to use. They put an unnecessary catcha challenge that was impossible to complete unless you have speakers. They force to to use your internet connection to register your new computer. I sometimes wish I got Linux installed on my computer instead. They also provide really poor customer service. The technicians often ignore you and they lock you out of calling them again for 24 hours.

All they are about is ripping people…

All they are about is ripping people off with broken products. They have just released microsoft flight simulator on the ps5, and its completely broken and full of bugs, i paid £200 for the deluxe edition, and career mode is unplayable. the helicopters are unflyable, the assistances dont work, planes dont render, or spawn in buildings, ATC does not respond to you answering them, the penalty system does everything it can to give you a poor score, the list is endless.

Not the best of companies.

Honestly, I cannot stand the modern Windows version (Windows 11, as of writing and publication) due to its high levels of telemetry which cannot be fully disabled, and the full shoehorning of its AI model (Copilot) into as many tools as are supported. As a student just trying to get work done, I have felt almost like I am being forced to older and open-source software to avoid this intrusiveness. To give Microsoft credit, they have created good pieces of software (for example, Windows XP and Encarta 2004 although both remain unsupported now) and clearly do have the capability. However, I feel as though I will need to avoid their modern tools until the whole Copilot situation blows over.

I have a small business and my email…

I have a small business and my email has been locked by Microsoft since Wednesday morning now I phoned several times. Been on hold for most of the day to try and get it rectified and I’m still waiting for a phone call from data protection to unlock my account, I’ve lost loads of business and will surely need to close my business down if this is not sorted out on Monday can’t believe a company this size can leave us waiting. There’s no reason why my account should be locked. Not sure what to do next having no help. I was told I’ll get a reply in 72 hours which was far too long as it is but it’s now gone over over that.
