Shocking

Avoid this garage at all costs, my son bought his car from car avenue derby. All he has had is problems. First of all he lefted the garage with the car and 5 minutes later the brake fluid light came on, he turned around, they topped it up and said all ok. When home it turns out it was leaking fluid. He was told the back brakes had just been done, 4 weeks later down to the discs, took to kiwit fit to find out they were badly fitted which caused them to stick on. On top of this the central locking did not work properly. My son tried phoning over and over again, but with no joy. And to top it off the car has now been ground as lights on the dash. This garage is shocking, how can u sell a car with so much going wrong. I phoned them he said he was going to speak to my son in hour as the garage owned him money but guess what nothing. Stay away from this garage, how can they rip a young lad off that has saved all his had earnt money.

Warning

Warning: Avoid Car Avenue UK / Autos Avenue UK LTD (Motor Trader Derby).
I want to share my terrible experience with this company to warn others. I found them online and purchased a Skoda VRS TDI from them. Within 15 minutes of driving, smoke started coming from the car. I immediately called the seller, but he refused to pick up. I rushed back to the dealership only to find it completely shut down.
Desperate for help, I asked a shopkeeper across the street if they had the seller’s contact. He managed to reach them, and I finally got to speak with the dealer. However, he refused to assist me. After a lot of frustration, I even offered to pay £5,000 extra if they would exchange the car for a better one. Eventually, I got a VW Passat instead.
Unfortunately, after just 2.5 hours of driving, warning lights appeared on the dashboard. Once again, I contacted the dealer, but he refused to help and kept giving me false promises. I have since spent £1000 trying to fix the car. When I took it to a garage, I was told that the vehicle had been tampered with before being sold. They have raised the light in the dashboard. Just to Sold a card to you. And when you drive the car, they said, This is not our fault because a light has come back again. I contacted the warranty company that refused to pay me. Because this dealer has a high number of complaints. After all the hassle I've been through, I just managed to get to £250 from the dealer, and I was still struggling with a very faulty car.
I am very unsure about where they get the good feedback. Be careful even if you get a warranty. The company would never give you any money back because of the high complaints. And regard them as this company.
They are untrustworthy and will ignore your calls once they have your money. They also operate under different names, making it harder to track them.
I don't want anyone else to go through the pain i experienced.
