I had a blowout on the M6 and eventually got to relative safety in a refuge. I had just started to get out the spare when a van pulled in and the driver offered to change it for me. The charge was perfectly reasonable in the circumstances, I was happy to take up the offer and was back on the move much faster than I had expected. An excellent experience!
