We started using their radios in 2015, and will never look back. They are great quality, and last forever if you take care of them. There are many different models that can be used for many different purposes.
DO NOT BUY MIDLANDS
They have no customer support. I was told their lines were down, August. You CANNOT call them. They are a joke, buy a different brand. I will not be purchasing anything from them. I guess we have to look at customer support before we buy. What a shame.
Their radios are great and they take good care of their customers. I had a radio stop working properly after a year of use. I emailed Midland and was told it is under a three year warrantee. They sent me out two new radios with a charger and ear pieces.
DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. YOU WILL HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD STOLEN. THEY CONSTANTLY GET HACKED.
