I cannot say enough great things about working with Midwest. Their communication has been exceptional from start to finish. When an issue came up with a decorator providing incorrect sizing, Midwest immediately stepped in, followed through on their part, and kept me informed every step of the way. Even after we discovered the decorator had miscounted, Midwest still took care of the situation and stood behind their service. That level of integrity and partnership is rare. Truly grateful and highly recommend them.

They need to state there policies for returning items! Even with a receipt, if you take the tags off items they will not except the item.

This place is crap! They do not have a store! They add on to the price and order elsewhere. They lie.. If you want to wait weeks for your order then this is the place for you.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and it is still in the processing stages. This is a Christmas present and I paid close to $9.00 for shipping. Waiting for customer service to answer me as to when it might ship and if it will arrive in time.

I found MWW on Google. I ordered advertised b17 carthart jeans size 28x28. My order was cancelled. I received email saying order was cancelled because of size. I called MWW. I was inventory was incorrect. So I ordered b17 28x30 . Few days later received another cancellation because of size availability. Having had enough , I called Carthart Customer service and they do make 28x30. I like Carthart but ordering MWW has made change brands American Eagle outfitters carried 28x28 so I ordered 4 for $163 . Cancelled MWW order was for$120.MONEY ISN'T EVERYTHING, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!

Called customer service to order additional jackets, and was very impressed with how easy she made it for me to order over the phone. Ordered from your company before and product was exactly as described online and delivered as promised.

Ordered something that was not listed as on backorder, they emailed saying it was on backorder but did not offer any compensation or other options for their mistake. I emailed them back teoce about it but got no reply. Seemed like i was being avoided.

Can't go wrong with these guys when it comes to safety! Quick fast service with the size that fits!

Placed order Oct 20... showed pkg delivered the following Friday however I didn’t receive. I’ve emailed and called with no response.

I ordered as a gift it came sooner than I expected and it seems the company takes grate care for there product and customers the jacket I ordered I'm so pleased with and the price for the quality you can't beat.

I ordered two FR shirts in Gray however both of them arrived in Navy blue. I like the shirts by wish they were in the color I requested.

Great shop. Ordered some sweaters to germany. They had to backorder from the manufacturer. Unfortunately I could not see my order in the web interface, but email response times were quite good. I'm a happy customer. Will definately buy again.

I love this site. The orders are processed very quickly and the quality is great. I have never had any issues and I will continue to order from this company.

They need to show that an item is backordered before you place the order

The wear I ordered was perfect and had quality pricing. If you are not shopping for you work wear here you are shopping in the wrong place.

I bought several Rasco FR items because they are a good value. Rasco also offers a choice between regular or longer sleeves. Some shirt brands only fit stubby T Rex arms.
Received my items quickly in a sturdy box. I recommend Midwest Workwear because of fair prices and excellent selection and service.
