I switched to Mightycall from Twilio three years ago (9/16/2019). They offered a better price and the ability to easily create call flows. I mainly use their system to track and forward calls, so I haven't spent much time with their softphone / call center features. The overall experience has been great, with little to no issues. I recommend trying them to see if they will work for your needs.

Very Bad Customer Services Response
It has been more than a week, I requested mighty call support team to configure the flow of incoming calls on my mobile app and webphone both but no solution!
Their mobile app is unable to work no sound for incoming or outgoing- worst experience while skype works just perfectly.
I am getting voicemails notification for other team members but nothing for my assigned number
