Good service and car is good

Camper was clean and well stocked … we had everything we needed for the 10 nights .. the staff were friendly and helpful with our instructions on what to expect and how to prepare ourselves for the trip … great advice was to stay in a campground for the first night to familiarise ourselves with the camper .

We had a fantastic experience with our recent campervan rental. The campervan was well-kept and organized, providing a comfortable environment for our trip. The entire process of picking up and returning the vehicle was smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, we highly recommend this rental service for anyone looking to explore with a reliable and tidy campervan. Great experience overall!

Vehicle was not ready at the start of the day we had booked.We had paid for that whole day. The same happened at the end of our use.We had to queue and wait some time.

Good basis (cars/trucks) , good motorization and perfect driver/co-driver seat, but VERY POOR camper equipment - loud and shaky when driving, geometry and room concept not very sophisticated (same useable room could be achieved with smaller basis) . Unorganized storage and cooking equipment that rather suits a cabin, than a driving around vehicle. The only really reliable things were the fridge and the solar power roof array. The linnen was too bulky, openable windows did not allow lateral venting. The only small window in the gliding door had no anti insect net, the Barbecue intgegrated in the fuselage from outside was not blockable against sliding in back during operation (the lid squeezed my fingers), the mounting of a side table outside on a sliding door is a joke - as soon as somebody moves in the RV the construction fails.

The campervan worked great! No issues. The check-in was very hectic and time consuming. Seems like a complete review and revamp of their process is warranted. Check-out was better, but still seemed to take longer than I would have guessed.
Overall, a good experience.

the pick up and drop off process was hellishly slow
Waiting over an hour at each was not OK wasting time and money.

It was our first time experience renting a Caravan and the pick and drop off process was seamless. Caravan utility during the trip was par excellence.

Pick up was fsst and efficient, and the actual hireage was fine enough.

The return however was pretty ridiculous, park where the parking man told me to, pointed inside to stand at a counter, have a number of staff walk past and say nothing, continue waiting at the counter for 30 minutes, finally someone comes and write down the time, get told to sit and wait, continue waiting for another 45 minutes.

Affordable deal, the staff very professional and kind

Pick up was easy. We were given a guided tour of the motorhome and the video introduction covered everything. On two occasions I had to call their roadside assistance line because of mistakes made and both times the issue was sorted immediately. Return was easy as well.

Staff were great at initial handover and then return. Used the telephone support, due to a fridge issue, couldnt be resolved on the road but managed a workaround. All in all great service.

VERY VERY VERYSlow check in. The transport from the airoprt was not sufficeient, so a whole group were left behind. The chap was pleasant, but forgot to tell us to fill up the water for the toilet after emptying. On return, the check back was beyond dismal. We waited HOURS to give the van back. So much so, that one of our party ( we were 3 vans travelling together) had to miss out on a family get together in Christchurch.

Collection and drop off were very efficient, van was clean and well maintained with any small areas of damage pointed out to us and photographed . The refreshment area and facilities added to the smoothness.

The lady at checkout made it great. She was sympathetic as to why I had to fly home early and helped well beyond what is needed.

We had 3 in the camper for 11 days. Plenty of space. Thought it was a 4 berth, but turned out to be the same model as the 6 berth (3 double beds). Camper had plenty of go, and drove smoothly. No issues with any of the equipment supplied.
Staff were helpful and check-in/check-out were smooth. If you're leaving a camper in Queenstown I recommend you book camper early! (We left it a bit late booking and had to cut short our trip by one day due to constraints with that site).
